DU Episode 2
Josuke Higashikata! Meets Anjuro (東方仗助! アンジェロに会う, Higashikata Jōsuke! Anjuro ni Au) is the seventy-sixth episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime and the second episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. It cover chapters Chapter 269 through Chapter 273 of the manga.
Summary
The criminal Angelo arrives at the Higashikata residence dressed as a milkman, aiming to poison Tomoko and her son. Tomoko notices something strange about the bottle of milk he gives her and sees that it is ajar. She asks for a new bottle and he curses, as he hid his Stand inside the bottle with the intention to murder them both once it was ingested. Ryohei Higashikata comes to visit his grandson and once Angelo recognizes him, he is killed by Aqua Necklace. Josuke vows to avenge his grandfather and becomes the town's protector.
Three days later, while it is raining, Angelo ambushes Jotaro, not knowing that he is a Stand user. Jotaro punches him and runs back into the house where Angelo emerges from steam. Josuke fails to catch him in a bottle while he is in this form. Angelo then fills the entire house with steam so that Jotaro and Josuke are trapped. Josuke breaks through a wall and then repairs it, but Angelo predicted this and turned on the humidifier. Josuke swallows Aqua Necklace but was prepared for this situation and swallowed a latex glove beforehand: trapping Aqua Necklace. Josuke and Jotaro pinpoint Angelo's location and Josuke fuses him to a rock forever, thus avenging his grandfather. The newly christened "Angelo Rock" becomes one of Morioh's biggest attractions, as Jotaro remarks that Josuke is pretty crazy.

Manga/Anime Differences
- Angelo threatening the child, Keicho Nijimura and the flashback to how Angelo obtained his Stand by being shot with the Arrow is completely omitted.
- New flashbacks to Angelo's past crimes, including the killing of three young boys cut from the previous episode, is included.
- Josuke is seen playing Oh! That's a baseball
- When Josuke and Jotaro see that Angelo opened the bathroom's faucet, one glove is missing between two scenes, inting at Josuke's trick to trap Aqua Necklace.
Trivia
- This is the first episode to feature an opening that isn't animated by Kamikaze Douga in CGI, instead opting for traditional animation.
