Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan (岸辺露伴は動かない Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai, lit. Rohan Kishibe Does Not Move!) is a series of OVA adaptations of the eponymous series of one-shots, featuring Diamond is Unbreakable character, Rohan Kishibe. Much like the one-shots themselves, the episodes are released out of order.

The first OVA episode was announced on April 15, 2016 and was produced by David Production, adapting Episode 5: Millionaire Village. The promotional DVD was made exclusive to applicants who had purchased the entirety of the Diamond is Unbreakable Blu-Ray or DVD set before the deadline of July 31, 2017.

A second episode was announced on February 18, 2018, adapting Episode 2: Mutsu-kabe Hill. The disc was bundled with the second volume of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, released on July 19, 2018.

On August 18, 2019, two more episodes (adapting Episode 9: The Run and Episode 16: At a Confessional) were announced. The episodes themselves were screened at select Japanese theaters starting on December 8, 2019 and were released on Blu-ray and DVD on March 25, 2020.[3]

On October 26, 2020, Netflix announced that they had picked up the series and would be distributing it on their service as a Netflix Original during the Netflix Anime Festival.[4] It will begin streaming there in Spring of 2021

The beggar died from exhaustion and his ghost swore to take everything from him at his happiest moment. Disturbingly, the confessor became rich and had a daughter with a supermodel. One day, the spirit possessed the daughter and forced the confessor to play a game of luck. The man had to throw a piece of popcorn high in the air and catch it with his mouth, three times in a row. The confessor lost at the third round and was decapitated. However, it is revealed that he was still alive because he swapped face with a servant. Thus, he tricked both the ghost and his servant. The confessor now has two vengeful ghosts following him around the clock, ready to kill him the moment he feels happy again.
