A second episode was announced on February 18, 2018, adapting Episode 2: Mutsu-kabe Hill. The disc was bundled with the second volume of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, released on July 19, 2018.

On August 18, 2019, two more episodes (adapting Episode 9: The Run and Episode 16: At a Confessional) were announced. The episodes themselves were screened at select Japanese theaters starting on December 8, 2019 and were released on Blu-ray and DVD on March 25, 2020.[1]

However, Yoma revealed his supernaturally fit muscles and broke the window behind them so that the loser would fall to his death. (エピソード#16【懺悔室】 Episōdo #16 [Zange-shitsu~])
Japan: March 25, 2020
Rohan narrates a strange incident he witnessed in Italy. One day, Rohan mistakenly entered the priest's side of a confessional and an unknown man went there to confess his sins. During his youth, the man was working at a corn market when a beggar asked him for food. The man angrily forced the beggar to work by tossing a bag of corn into his arms. The vagrant died from his muscles not being able to carry the weight and his spirit swore that he would kill the man on the happiest day of his life. The vagrant's spirit secretly gives the man good luck, causing him to become rich and having a daughter with a supermodel. One day while spending time with his daughter, the spirit possessed the daughter and forced the confessor to play a game of luck. The man had to throw a piece of popcorn high in the air and catch it with his mouth, three times in a row. Despite succeeding the first two times, the man lost at the third round and was decapitated. However, it is revealed that he was still alive because he tricked the ghost. Paranoid of the ghost's curse, the man had convinced one of his servants to have plastic surgery with him and the two swapped faces. Thus, the servant was the one who was decapitated. Angry at his master betraying him, the confessor now has two vengeful ghosts following him around the clock, ready to kill him the moment he feels happy again.
