Pair Repair (ペア・リペア, Pea Ripea) is a short story that is part of an anthology of short stories based on the Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan series. It was written by Katsuie Shibata and published by Shueisha. Pair Repair was included with the May 2024 issue of Ultra Jump.

An elderly woman creates a beautiful garden and charges an entrance fee.

Summary

Rohan fails to return an overdue library book to a neighboring city, which like Morioh is a commuter town and suburb of S City. While passing by this neighboring city on his way home, Rohan decides to visit an open garden of a Tudor style house in the neighborhood of Happygaoka (ハッピーヶ岡(がおか)), formerly named Saigaoka (幸ヶ丘(さいがおか)). Inside, he meets the widowed owner Michiyo Kisara (木皿三智代(きさらみちよ), Kisara Michiyo) and a married daycare teacher named Seira Seki (関(せき) セイラ, Seki Seira) who is eight months pregnant. Upon speaking with them, Rohan realizes that he had missed the mention of an entrance fee written on the entrance sign.
