Summary

The battle against Cioccolata and Secco continues. Giorno and Mista run to the top of a tower to deal with Cioccolata while Bucciarati confronts Secco.

Still angry for having been tricked back at the coastal village, Secco threatens and insults Bucciarati, who has to correct him on the exact terms of the insults. Secco suddenly remembers he has to prop up his camera, prompting Bucciarati to send Sticky Fingers forth and attack Secco. However, Secco outspeeds Sticky Fingers and kicks Bucciarati in the chin, shocking the team leader who underestimated Secco's physical prowess. Confident that he can win the one-on-one battle, Secco drops the camera to go at Bucciarati who realizes that in reality, Secco is stronger and faster than Sticky Fingers. Moreover, Secco is rebounding his elbows on the ground to multiply the strength of his punches, overwhelming Bucciarati who must cut ut a large piece of the concrete to escape to the street below. Secco then catches his camera before it falls on the ground. As the mold has no effect on Bucciarati, Secco decides to go for the simple solution and beat him into a pulp with the power of Oasis.

For his part, Cioccolata's helicopter has been entangled to the top of a water by trees. The former surgeon then sees Giorno and Mista coming for him. Although he tries to drop the helicopter and activate Green Day's mold, the bullets have now grown into thick trees so Cioccolata is effectively trapped. Giorno suggests climbing up the trees to reach the enemy, but Mista remarks that Cioccolata is now a perfect target for him. He shoots five bullets with Sex Pistols toward the helicopter but they then notices that the helicopter is seemingly empty. The bullets crash inside the helicopter, but when No.1 commands the others to search the place, No.2 and No.3 are cut down, shortly followed by No.6 and No.7. Mista is heavily damaged and collapses while Giorno and No.5 still do not know what happened inside the helicopter.

Although No.5 wants to rescue his companions, Giorno advises against it as he is needed to preserve Mista's life. However, to rescue the rest of Sex Pistols, Giorno now has to climb and fight Cioccolata personally. As Giorno notices that Bucciarati and Secco have gone out of sight and runs toward the helicopter, Mista commands No.5 to take a bullet and accompany Giorno. Giorno reaches the helicopter and touches the flyer: he can sense life signs within although he cannot pinpoint their location. Punching the hull with Gold Experience, Giorno makes trees grows all over and inside the helicopter but nothing happens. He is forced to climb up to the front windows to peek inside and sees a variety of bloody medical tools but is then distracted by the sight of the spreading catastrophe the mold is causing.

Giorno then sees a heavily injured No.1 and leans forward to take it, but Cioccolata suddenly appears and tries to chop off Giorno's head. Giorno reacts in time and lands some punches on Cioccolata but realises that Cioccolata has lost nearly his entire body save the torso and the right arm. Cutting up more part of himself, Cioccolata rapidly crawls to another hiding place, but Giorno then is suddenly impaled in the stomach by Cioccolata's left arm. Coming out of his spot, Cioccolata gloats to have performed so many experiments that he knows how to cut people up and let them live, using this knowledge in this instant and then commanding his limbs by using Green Day's mold.

Under the blow, Giorno almost falls back but manages to catch the walls of the helicopter. As Cioccolata gloats, Giorno tries to summon Gold Experience but Cioccolata's leg surges forward to kick him and Green Day then pummels Giorno away. Thankfully, No.5 then shoots the bullet in his possession through Giorno's hand, allowing it to grow into a tree branch that saves Giorno. In return, Cioccolata tilts the helicopter forward to make the branch drop and be consumed by the mold. The branch explodes and Giorno falls, his body getting covered in mold. Ecstatic, Cioccolata leans out of the helicopter to enjoy the sight of Giorno's despair. Suddenly, a part of the branch turns back into the bullet, which hits the propeller and is promptly shot back into Cioccolata's head. It is thus Giorno's turn to explain his plan to kick the bullet and make it rebound into the propeller; in contrast, Giorno also say that he doesn't enjoy this fight one bit since victory was his from the beginning.

Cioccolata falls down, seemingly dead, while Giorno laboriously climbs up to the roof. No.5 tells Giorno to quickly go heal Mista, but Giorno has still the lingering suspicion that Cioccolata is playing dead. Giorno thus analyzes the situation out loud: he predicts that Cioccolata could be planning to jump down the tower to escape and trap him and Mista in the tower as he reactivates Green Day, he also lists every injury he's sustained thus far and confesses his doubt at being able to catch him. However, Giorno boasts about Gold Experience's speed and claims that it is perfectly able to kill him faster than Cioccolata could escape. Finally, Giorno proposes a deal: if Cioccolata stays immobile, then he swears to not harm him anymore. Upon finishing his request, Giorno jumps up to the roof proper and Cioccolata stops playing dead. Showing his left arm choking Mista, Cioccolata gloats and prepares to kill Mista for good, declaring his victory.

However, a beetle suddenly bursts out of Cioccolata's head. Giorno then explains that all that speaking was invested to give the bullet the time to turn into a beetle and have it devour Cioccolata's brain. When Cioccolata tries to invoke Giorno's deal, the son of Dio simply declares that it was always too good to be true anyway. As Cioccolata tries to desperate last attack, Gold Experience comes forward and pummels Cioccolata for a good minute while Giorno shouts his signature Stand Cry, ultimately sending the mad surgeon into a garbage truck. Victorious, Giorno now can turn his worries toward Bucciarati and Secco. He then sees a mobile phone and realizes that Cioccolata has contacted his pet.

Underground, Secco receives a message and opens it. Cioccolata first reports that he will soon take care of the two enemies coming for him, promises more treats to his pet and declares that he will surpass the Boss shortly, which greatly motivates Secco. Secco reemerges to confront Bucciarati, already exhausted from the battle. Unbeknownst to Bucciarati, the man in the Coliseum is already observing him through binoculars.
