VOODOO KINGDOM

"VOODOO KINGDOM" is a song by Japanese hip-hop group SOUL'd OUT. The song was released as part of the group's double A-side single "GROWN KIDZ/VOODOO KINGDOM" on February 21, 2007. It was used as the theme song for the film JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood, and plays over the ending credits of the movie.

The song was written and performed by SOUL'd OUT's MCs Diggy-MO' and Bro.Hi, and was composed and arranged by Diggy-MO' and SOUL'd OUT's keyboardist and programmer Shinnosuke. The song was written from the perspective of the film's antagonist, Dio Brando.

On July 30, 2008, SOUL'd OUT released a remix of the song titled "VOODOO KINGDOM～Wall5 Remix～" as part of their album Movies & Remixies 4. The remixed version features a heavier bass line, more chopped-up lyrics, and greater use of audio effects.
