Non-Official "Original" Stand Categorization

A good part of it was already in the Stand Types page, so it's not exactly original, but I found necessary to disagree with some things and add others.
Bound Stands
Bound to a physical object (anything really), and as such, can be seen and touched by non-stand users.
Colony Stands
“Stand users can only carry one stand”? This is the rule that comes as an exception to that rule.
Suit Stands
Stands that are worn by its users. Some can be seen by non-stand users as well, but most are not confirmed as such.
Sentient Stands
Stands that have a conscience of their own.
Evolved Stands
Stands that have the capacity to evolve or have already evolved.

Stands that have more than one user or the capacity to switch users.
Posthumous Stands
Stands that remain even after its original user’s death, or start working after it.
User-Powering Stands
Stands that give the user some kind of power in its body, giving them superhuman abilities.
Automatic Stands
Stands that act automatically according to specific instructions. That makes them able to be more powerful while not having to be near their users.
Usually hurting an automatic stand does not hurt the user.
