Several of the song titles in-game are references to either manga chapter titles, story arcs or things relating to the characters themselves.
Jotaro Kujo 's theme is titled "Heritage for the Future", the original title of Stardust Crusaders , as well as the subtitle of the Capcom fighting game's second revision .
Old Joseph 's theme is titled "Lovable Guy", based on his overall character.
Noriaki Kakyoin 's theme is titled "Hierophant Green", the name of his Stand .
Muhammad Avdol 's theme is titled "HELL 2U!", a corruption of Cameo and Judgement 's "HAIL 2 U!" catchphrase, which Avdol uses against them upon his "resurrection".
Jean Pierre Polnareff 's theme is titled "Aggression and Victory", based on his tarot card "The Chariot ".
Iggy 's theme is titled "The Shape-Shifting Fool of Sand", based on his Stand and its ability .
Hol Horse 's theme is titled "Megyan", a sound that his stand, Emperor , makes when summoned.
Vanilla Ice 's theme is titled "Miasma of the Void", the title of the story arc in which he fights Polnareff, Avdol and Iggy .
DIO 's theme is titled "DIO's World", the title of the story arc in which he fights the Joestar Group .
Johnny Joestar 's theme is titled "Tusk", the name of his Stand .
Gyro Zeppeli 's theme is titled "GO! GO! ZEPPELI", the same epithet printed on his teeth.
Funny Valentine 's theme is titled "Everything Is Justice", based on his line before ultimately betraying Johnny.
Josuke Higashikata 8 's theme is titled "Then Who Am I?", a quote of Josuke's, as well as referencing the character's goal of uncovering his identity.

The game's soundtrack disc resembles the Stand DISC of Star Platinum that Whitesnake took from Jotaro in Stone Ocean .
