Enrico Pucci (エンリコ・プッチ, Enriko Putchi) with the potential to evolve his Stand was announced alongside Weather Report and the Kennedy Space Center stage on November 25, 2022,[1] and was released on December 1, 2022, as part of the v1.4.0 update to coincide with the release of the final set of episodes for the Stone Ocean anime.[2]

As this version of Pucci is the one that was originally in All-Star Battle, his moveset is fundamentally the same with a few tweaks being made to both balance the character and fit him into the overall gameplay tweaks that All-Star Battle R brought. Despite the inclusion of Whitesnake Pucci, Whitesnake remains part of this Pucci's command list.

In the English localization of All-Star Battle R, Pucci's name is localized as "Father Pucchi", while his Stands, Whitesnake, C-MOON, and Made in Heaven, are localized as "Pale Snake", "See Moon", and "Maiden Heaven" respectfully, all of which are carried on from their first official usage in either All-Star Battle or the Stone Ocean anime ("See Moon").[4]

Just like the Whitesnake-only version of Pucci, replacing his previous voice actor, Sho Hayami, now is Tomokazu Seki, who voices him in the Stone Ocean anime. Seki also replaces Takuya Kirimoto as Whitesnake and C-MOON. Because of this, and like the majority of the game's roster, Pucci's voicelines have been either added or re-recorded.

Gameplay

Final Pucci has 900 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style, fighting foes alongside either Whitesnake, C-MOON or Made in Heaven. During battle, he can use many of his abilities featured in Stone Ocean.

The intended playstyle of Final Pucci is to stall using Whitesnake's various moves (such as his special-stealing HHA, his disc projectile, and his barrage which crumples the opponent) to buy time in order to speak the 14 phrases to the Green Baby. Once completing the phrases, he gains access to C-MOON, who possesses some of the highest damage in the game with his powerful specials and unique bleed mechanic which slowly drains the opponent's health once they are hit by a special (this status is removed after some time or if they are hit by another special, referencing C-MOON's ability which turns anything inside-out). C-MOON can also use its GHA to evolve into its final form, Made in Heaven; which possesses incredible speed and the ability to teleport near the opponent. Slowly evolving through these forms throughout the course of the match is how Final Pucci was meant to be used.

However, the most popular and effective playstyle for Final Pucci is a "Whitesnake-only" playstyle which focuses on disabling the opponent's specials with its HHA and harassing the opponent while they're crippled. This method is currently far more effective than evolving into C-MOON as not only does it take a strenuous amount of time and effort to unlock him, his normal attacks are incredibly short-ranged and he no longer possesses Whitesnake's incredible special-stealing ability which makes him more of a side-grade than an upgrade, making the effort put into getting him severely not worth it. Made in Heaven is also not worth the work as not only do you have to first unlock C-MOON, who already isn't worth the time chanting words to the baby, and having the set up a way to not get interrupted by the opponent while transforming, his speed is not completely game-winning. Although Made in Heaven turns Final Pucci into one of, if not the strongest character in the game, the fact that it does not secure a win just by reaching heaven makes him all the more lackluster. Especially since he does not carry between rounds.

Whitesnake possesses below-average damage, but also has the extremely powerful ability of outright disabling the opponent's specials making them much easier to fight against. Final Pucci aims to always keep the opponent's disc away from them. If Final Pucci is hit after stealing an opponent's specials, he will drop their disc; Which can be picked up by the opponent to give their specials back. Final Pucci can also pick the disc back up to keep it off the ground and out of the hands of the opponent. This lockdown strategy makes Final Pucci a formidable character to fight against, as many characters are reliant on their special abilities to perform basic functions.

14 Words

Pucci pulls out the Green Baby and speaks to it. Costs 0.1 HH Gauge per use, but the button can be held down to continue the words without additional cost, although extremely slow. Rapidly using the input to pull the baby in and out gets words faster at the cost of HH Gauge. Once all 14 phrases are chanted, Pucci's Stand will evolve into C-MOON.
The Green Baby Gauge
Increases when the "14 Words" skill is used.
Only available with Whitesnake as his Stand. The Green Baby Gauge is represented by the 14 diamonds located above the Heart Heat Gauge. The gauge can be filled one diamond at a time by successfully using the "14 Words" skill, turning the diamond from light gray to purple. Pucci can hold down the skill to fill the gauge automatically, but at a very slow pace. Filled diamonds in the gauge will carry over between rounds. If the gauge is completely filled and all 14 Phrases are completed, Pucci's Stand will evolve from Whitesnake to C-MOON. The evolution is irreversible normally, but can be turned back into Whitesnake if hit by Kosaku's GHA, causing time to turn back and leaving Pucci with 0 Phrases.

Can only be activated with Whitesnake as his Stand, but any DISCs held on by Pucci during transformation into C-MOON or Made in Heaven will keep the DISCs on him. This mechanic allows Pucci to steal a DISC from the opponent by successfully landing his HHA or "It's mine!" skill. When the opponent no longer has their DISC, they cannot perform any command normals, skills, or Style actions (except for Stand On/Off and Mounting). If the opponent performs the input for something that's been sealed away, the move will not occur and they will get temporarily staggered for a moment.

A stolen DISC can stay with Pucci indefinitely until the round ends. But, the DISC can be retrieved by the opponent by making him drop it. Pucci will drop the DISC when hit, or thrown, or struck by a Reversal Assist. When the DISC is on the ground, it can be retrieved by either player by crouching down on it for a moment. If Pucci retrieves it, it will go back on him and can be dropped by hitting him again. If the opponent retrives it, their DISC goes back to them and their status effect disappears. If Pucci lands a DISC-stealing move while a DISC is still on the ground, the DISC will disappear from the ground and return back to him.

Rumble Mode (ゴゴゴモード, Gogogo Mōdo)
Activates when under 30% health
This mode is automatically activated once Pucci falls below 30% health. It increases his attack power, as well as the rate at which the Heart Heat Gauge rises, while also decreasing the rate at which the Guard Gauge drops.

The speed of the DISC varies depending on the attack strength of the input, with Light (ASBL.png) being the slowest and Heavy (ASBH.png) being the fastest. A decent projectile that can zone out characters who lack them or have their specials stolen, but gets easily overwhelmed by multi-hit projectiles such as Kakyoin's "Emerald Splash" or Risotto's "You can find iron anywhere in this world.".

The Light (ASBL.png) version only performs the chop, while the Medium (ASBM.png) and Heavy (ASBH.png) versions add an additional attack if the first connects which references the punch on Anasui that Whitesnake performed just prior. The first hit causes a groundbounce. The ASBL.png version is used to start combos and the ASBH.png version is used to hit downed opponents.

Pucci and Whitesnake dash forward, swiping out the opponent's disc before kicking them away. Can only be done with Whitesnake. This move steals the opponent's specials on hit, and can only be retrieved back by collecting the disc back after making Pucci drop it by hitting him. Pucci can also pick the disc back up himself. Pucci has invincibility during this move, and has a very large hitbox which makes it a fairly good anti-air. Stealing the disc also automatically recovers a stolen disc, even against other Puccis holding them. Hitting the opponent with this HHA is crucial to Pucci's gameplan in order to disable the opponent's options.

Whenever one of C-MOON's unblockable skills hits the opponent.
A status effect placed on the opponent whenever one of C-MOON's unblockable skills hits the opponent. The opponent becomes Inverted, a reference to C-MOON's gravity altering ability turning them inside-out. This effect makes the opponent lose health over time. The effect normally lasts 6 seconds (dealing roughly 97.5 damage if left uninterrupted). The effect will be cancelled out if the opponent is hit by another unblockable skill. While active, blood continuously sprays out of the opponent.

Pucci asks his heavenly Father for guidance as he enters a metal frame. The omnidirectional force of C-MOON's gravity causes him to slowly be lifted upwards into the air. Pucci is vulnerable in this state, and will stop the GHA if he is hit while in the frame. If he succeeds uninterrupted and reaches to the top, his body will start erupting into a series of lights as Made in Heaven is born. This GHA gives Pucci Made in Heaven, altering his moveset and the stage. If this GHA is activated and finished on the Cape Canaveral stage, an additional scene is added of Pucci getting on the space shuttle, acquiring Made in Heaven there instead. If the GHA is activated close enough to the opponent, it will hit them causing them to suffer a hard knockdown.

Made in Heaven Mode
Passive while in Made in Heaven
Once Pucci successfully finishes his GHA and evolves C-MOON into Made in Heaven, both players are brought to a unique, unselectable stage. Pucci now gains access to Made in Heaven's moveset, faster attacks, an invisible run and backdash that can pass through the opponent, and the ability to chain his aerial attacks. Pucci can only enter this mode once per match, with Pucci reverting back the C-MOON in the original stage with a depleted Heart Heat Gauge once the round ends. Pucci cannot use his GHA again after this. If Pucci is hit by Kosaku's GHA during Made in Heaven, he will be reverted all the way back to Whitesnake form with no phrases in the Green Baby Gauge, only being able to evolve into C-MOON again.

The gauge can be filled one diamond at a time by successfully using the "14 Words" skill, turning the diamond from light gray to purple. Pucci can hold down the skill to fill the gauge automatically, but at a very slow pace. Filled diamonds in the gauge will carry over between rounds. If the gauge is completely filled and all 14 Phrases are completed, Pucci's Stand will evolve from Whitesnake to C-MOON. The evolution is irreversible normally, but can be turned back into Whitesnake if hit by Kosaku's GHA, causing time to turn back and leaving Pucci with 0 Phrases.

Can only be activated with Whitesnake as his Stand, but any DISCs held on by Pucci during transformation into C-MOON or Made in Heaven will keep the DISCs on him. This mechanic allows Pucci to steal a DISC from the opponent by successfully landing his HHA or "It's mine!" skill. When the opponent no longer has their DISC, they cannot perform any command normals, skills, or Style actions (except for Stand On/Off and Mounting). If the opponent performs the input for something that's been sealed away, the move will not occur and they will get temporarily staggered for a moment.

A stolen DISC can stay with Pucci indefinitely until the round ends. But, the DISC can be retrieved by the opponent by making him drop it. Pucci will drop the DISC when hit, or thrown, or struck by a Reversal Assist. When the DISC is on the ground, it can be retrieved by either player by crouching down on it for a moment. If Pucci retrieves it, it will go back on him and can be dropped by hitting him again. If the opponent retrives it, their DISC goes back to them and their status effect disappears. If Pucci lands a DISC-stealing move while a DISC is still on the ground, the DISC will disappear from the ground and return back to him.

Pucci has invincibility during this move, and has a very large hitbox which makes it a fairly good anti-air. Stealing the disc also automatically recovers a stolen disc, even against other Puccis holding them. Hitting the opponent with this HHA is crucial to Pucci's gameplan in order to disable the opponent's options.

While C-MOON still moves a variable distance forward based on what attack button was used to activate the ability, the difference between variants is much more significant now. This results in the ASBM.png and ASBH.png variants having a much greater range than they had in All-Star Battle. The attack also has two hits instead of only one and deals much more damage. Additionally, the translation of the name of this skill has changed slightly. Previously it was "Only need one punch" instead of "I only need one punch.".

This attack executes much faster than it did in All-Star Battle. C-MOON also now moves a variable distance forward based on what attack button was inputted to activate the skill, resulting in the heavier variants of the skill having much more range now. Furthermore, the number of hits, and therefore the damage, also increases as the strength of the attack button inputted does instead of staying the same across variants.
Great Heat Attack (GHA)

This attack now has a hitbox that launches the opponent away on hit. This makes it much easier to properly activate this GHA as Pucci does not have to find another way to keep the opponent occupied while he raises into the air.

Pucci and Made in Heaven move a greater distance forward when attacking, giving this normal more range. The attack also launches the opponent rather than causing a hard knockdown.

Made in Heaven slides a farther distance forward when attacking, resulting in this normal having more range.
Crouching Heavy Attack

Made in Heaven Mode
Passive while in Made in Heaven
The way this passive functions is completely different now. Instead of both players' animations being slowed down and the timer being accelerated, Pucci now has increased movement speed while dashing, running, and backdashing. While doing so, he turns invisible, though he can still be hit. However, he can pass through the opponent, allowing him to easily cross-up the opponent. Furthermore, he has gained the ability to chain his aerial attacks together.

Its name is taken from the original title of Chapter 156 of Stone Ocean in its Weekly Shonen Jump release, The Dawn of Destiny.
