JOJODAY
JOJODAY is an upcoming special event for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation that will be held on April 12, 2025 at 6 PM JST. It is a fan event connecting the past and future of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure animation series.
The event takes place at the Yoyogi 2nd National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo.[1] In celebration of JOJODAY, various stores in Shibuya are holding JoJo-themed events from March to April.
Summary
JOJODAY was announced on December 13, 2024. Kazuyuki Okitsu, Daisuke Ono, and Junichi Suwabe, the voice actors of Jonathan Joestar, Jotaro Kujo, and Leone Abbacchio respectively, will appear on stage.[2] The JO☆STARS, composed of TOMMY, Coda, and JIN, will also appear as guests. Kendo Kobayashi is the MC. In addition, Tomokazu Sugita, Yuki Ono, and Kensho Ono, the voice actors of Joseph Joestar, Josuke Higashikata, and Giorno Giovanna, respectively, will make video appearances.[3]
Tickets for in-person seats will cost 9,900 Japanese yen.[1] A paid online livestream was announced on February 14, 2025.[4] On March 1, 2025, they revealed that the stream will exclusively be on ABEMA for Japan residents, with tickets costing 5,900 yen (or 7,100 yen if using the mobile ABEMA app).[3]
Jump Festa 2025, which took place at Makuhari Messe on Saturday, December 21, and Sunday, December 22, 2024, hosted a special JOJODAY Commemorative Digital Photo Booth at the Warner Bros. Japan booth. Visitors who took a digital photo received an exclusive JOJODAY shopping bag as a gift. Clear cards were also distributed for free at the booth. To participate in the digital photo booth, a Jump NAVI ticket was required. Participants were able to select from to appear alongside them in their photo.[2]Starting on April 1, 2025, goods will be sold at MAGNET by SHIBUYA109 on the fifth floor. For every 2,000 yen spent, customers will receive one random postcard out of six available types.[1] In China, animate stores in Shanghai (Flagship Store and Daxue Road Store), Guangzhou, Beijing, and Chengdu, will be holding JOJODAY pop-up shops from April 1 to 30, 2025.
