Yoshikage Kira (吉良 吉影, Kira Yoshikage) was confirmed to return for All-Star Battle R during the game's initial announcement trailer.[1] He is also part of the game's current demo alongside Joseph Joestar, Jolyne Cujoh, Jotaro Kujo, and DIO.
His moveset is fundamentally the same as his from All-Star Battle, with a few tweaks being made to both balance the character and fit him into the overall gameplay tweaks that All-Star Battle R brought.
In the English localization of the game, Kira's Stand, Killer Queen, is localized as "Deadly Queen", carried on from its All-Star Battle debut.
Replacing Kira's previous voice actor, Rikiya Koyama, is Toshiyuki Morikawa, who has voiced him since the Diamond is Unbreakable anime adaptation. Because of this, and like the majority of the game's roster, voicelines for Kira were either added or re-recorded.
Kira has 950 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style, fighting foes with Killer Queen. During a fight, he can use various moves from his appearance in Diamond is Unbreakable.

If the opponent is hit by the coin or steps on it, it will explode, launching them into the air. If the opponent is downed when the coin connects, they will not be launched. The distance the coin travels increases in the order, but the greater the increase, the longer the recovery. The coin can also be manually detonated using the "Blown to pieces!" follow-up skill. If too close to the explosion, Kira will also be hit, though he will not be launched. (Comboable)

Kira launches Killer Queen's second bomb, Sheer Heart Attack. SHA cannot be blocked and follows the opponent until it connects, Kira's HHG runs out, or Kira is struck. If SHA connects, it will ram and drill into the opponent's abdomen, knock them into the air in an upwards leap, and then fall toward them. Sheer Heart Attack yells at the opponent to look at it, before detonating in their face at point-blank range, while Kira faces away and brags about its lack of weaknesses.
Sheer Heart Attack can be temporarily slowed by Koichi Hirose specifically, if the latter uses his HHA on it, which will also subsequently affect Kira himself. SHA continues to be unblockable and able to hit Koichi if he makes contact, but will remain sluggish and unable to leap into the air until Koichi gets a certain distance away from it, successfully gets around it, or hits Kira to nullify the bomb altogether.

Additionally, the explosion from the coin is now a High rather than an Unblockable and the damage no longer increases as the strength of the button inputted does. The skill can now be used to hit downed opponents as well. The distance the coin travels for the and variants of this skill has changed.

The main antagonist of Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable. His Stand is Killer Queen. Though he poses as an ordinary office worker, he is a serial killer in reality, born with a lust for murder. After blowing up Shigekiyo Yangu, he is chased by Josuke Higashikata and company, but temporarily escapes pursuit by killing and stealing the identity of Kosaku Kawajiri.[3]
Stand: Deadly Queen. A serial killer disguised as an office worker, he kills Shigekiyo Yangu and later kills Kosaku Kawajiri and takes over his body.
Yoshikage Kira's Stand, with the ability to turn objects it touches into bombs. Its left hand forms the autonomous heat-seeking Sheer Heart Attack, which acts separately from Killer Queen. In the latter half of the story, the Stand develops Bites the Dust, which can blow up and rewind time itself.
