Enrico Pucci (エンリコ・プッチ, Enriko Putchi) was confirmed for All-Star Battle R during the game's initial announcement trailer.[1]
In one of the most drastic character changes from the original All-Star Battle, Pucci has been separated into two playable characters, not unlike his playable iterations in Eyes of Heaven.
This version of Pucci only has Whitesnake as his Stand and is part of the base roster.
The original version of Pucci from All-Star Battle, with all three Stands (C-MOON and Made in Heaven included) was released on December 1, 2022 in a free DLC update to coincide with the release of the final set of episodes for the Stone Ocean anime.[3]
In the English localization of All-Star Battle R, Pucci's name is localized as "Father Pucchi" while his stand, Whitesnake, is localized as "Pale Snake".
Replacing Pucci's previous voice actor of Sho Hayami now is Tomokazu Seki, who voices him in the Stone Ocean anime. Seki also replaces Takuya Kirimoto as Whitesnake. Because of this, and like the majority of the game's roster, voicelines for Pucci have been re-recorded accordingly.
Pucci has 900 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style. During battle, Pucci can use abilities featured during the course of Stone Ocean, exclusively from his time with Whitesnake as his Stand; Following the removal of the ability to evolve into C-MOON and related mechanics such as the Green Baby Gauge and 14 words, his set of abilities has been expanded to compensate, including a new GHA.
Pucci summons Whitesnake to deliver a wide footsweep, knocking the opponent to the ground.

The DISC will remain in Pucci's possession until his opponent hits him or he blocks an attack, causing it to drop in front of him. It can then be picked up by either combatant via standing over it and crouching; Pucci can retrieve the DISC to keep the opponent's abilities locked, or the opponent may retrieve it and restore their abilities. If the opponent has had multiple abilities locked via Pucci's different DISC-stealing attacks, all of them will be stored on a single DISC.

The real Pucci and Whitesnake appear already behind the opponent as the opponent crumples to the ground, open to attack. (Comboable) Each individual character has a unique animation for falling victim to this attack, similar to Giorno Giovanna's HHA.

A counter. Pucci and Whitesnake raise their arms up high in hallelujah, in praise of his own euphoria. If he is then struck by any melee attack that is not a Throw, including HHA and even other GHA, his counterattack will trigger. Pucci is seemingly blown away by the opponent's attack, before the entire screen suddenly begins to distort and fade away; In reality, the opponent was under the influence of Whitesnake's Melt Your Heart ability. When the screen clears, they are lying unconscious on the ground with Pucci standing over them, explaining that it was an illusion they struck. With his target utterly vulnerable, he brings forth Whitesnake to stab its hand with great force into their head, and brutishly rip out a DISC while throwing them away.
The DISC taken by this GHA seals the opponent's Heart Heat Gauge itself, leaving them unable to use any Heart Heat-consuming ability nor generate Heart Heat. In addition, this is the second highest-damaging Great Heat Attack in the entire game, behind the GHA of Diavolo. It deals roughly ~47% of the average character's max health in damage at level 1, making it capable of KO'ing an opponent and bypassing Rumble or Resolve Mode from a little under half-health, or even above half-health when fighting lower health characters. As its damage can increase up to level 3, it can inflict a whopping ~71%, reducing most characters' health down to Rumble/Resolve Mode from a full gauge.
A two-stock assist. Pucci lands in and summons Whitesnake to deliver a downwards chop while moving forward. If it connects, it will bounce the opponent off the ground and Whitesnake will follow up with a second chop, causing a soft knockdown. Pucci then dismisses his stand and poses before jumping back off-screen.

A two-stock assist. Pucci jumps into the opponent while Whitesnake chops down at them, knocking them away. Pucci then dismisses his Stand and poses before jumping back off-screen.
This attack now only has one hit instead of two. The damage remains comparable though.

Whitesnake now appears farther forward than it did in All-Star Battle, causing its attack to have a longer range.

Furthermore, the translation for the name of this passive has changed slightly. Previously it was "the DISC" instead of "DISC".

General Changes
This version of Pucci is unable to transform his Stand, and can therefore not use any of the attacks or abilities C-MOON and Made in Heaven granted him, nor any abilities that had to do with transforming Whitesnake. To compensate, he's been given a few new moves to help properly round out his moveset and distinguish him from Enrico Pucci (Final).

Pucci's theme is Whitesnake - Pursuer (ホワイトスネイク-追跡者, Howaitosuneiku - Tsuisekisha), and can be unlocked in-game by buying it from the Gallery Shop for 1000 G.
Enrico Pucci's Stand. It has the ability to steal people's memories and Stands by converting them into DISCs. It can also insert DISCs into other people or living beings to manipulate them.
The Stand of Father Pucchi, with the ability to steal people's memories and their Stands and capture them as discs. The discs can then be inserted into some other person or being to control them.
The memories or Stand of any living thing, extracted onto a DISC by Whitesnake. By inserting the DISC into someone else's head, that person gains the ability to read the memories or use the Stand contained within.
