Trish Una (トリッシュ・ウナ, Torisshu Una) was informally shown to be in All-Star Battle R via a screenshot posted to the game's official Japanese website on the day the game was announced, showing her HUD portrait. She was officially announced as a playable character alongside Prosciutto & Pesci and Ghiaccio on August 24, 2022 during the Part 5 Reveal Trailer.[1]
Her moveset is similar to that of her Eyes of Heaven appearance, with modifications and new aspects added to better fit her in with All-Star Battle R's different style of gameplay.
In the English version of All-Star Battle R, Trish's Stand, Spice Girl, is localized as "Spicy Lady", carried on from its first official usage in All-Star Battle.
Having voiced Trish in the Golden Wind anime adaptation, Sayaka Senbongi reprises her role in this game. As Sayaka Senbongi replaces Trish's Eyes of Heaven voice actress, Nao Toyama, voicelines for Trish were added and re-recorded.
Trish has 950 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style, fighting foes with Spice Girl. During a fight, she can use several different attacks that are based on those featured in Vento Aureo.

Spice Girl is summoned forward to soften the ground and grab and pull it upwards to create a makeshift shield. The shield will rapidly damage and repel the opponent a distance backwards, and can also reflect most opposing non-HHA/GHA projectiles back at the opponent without breaking. The attack button inputted determines Spice Girl's forward distance before performing the action. Holding the inputted button causes the shield to remain in the arena for a set period of time; Trish is able to move through the shield without disarming it. To note, the damage dealt by the shield cannot KO an opponent. (Comboable)
This skill has the very unique property of being quickly usable once Trish guards an incoming attack (known as 'guard-canceling' the skill). This allows her to defensively repel the opponent away from her, interrupting many forms of offense. However, doing so costs 3/10th of a bar of Heart Heat, and the skill may no longer be Flash-Canceled or chained into Trish's HHA.

Spice Girl brings out a long metal pipe and softens it, allowing it to bend. Wielding it as a whipping weapon, the Stand begins moving forward in an extended combo of rapid melee swings, the final hit sending the opponent flying. Rapidly tapping attack buttons extends the attack. If fully extended, Spice Girl instead finishes the attack with a powerful upwards strike; Upon connecting, it smashes the opponent into the air as Spice Girl turns around and poses before throwing the pipe away. This HHA does not require an initial hit to connect in order to work, and will not stop until it finishes or Trish is interrupted. It also inflicts immense Guard damage, making it useful when trying to Guardbreak the opponent.

Trish commands Spice Girl to deliver a ground punch, unleashing a wave of softened ground that travels a significant distance forward, and in a low attack that cannot be blocked standing. If the opponent is caught, they are repelled backwards off their feet. She follows up by charging at them as her Stand delivers an uppercut then an overhead punch to knock them hard into the ground. Spice Girl uses the same punch to soften the ground through the opponent, causing it to repel and launch them high into the air. As they falls back down towards Trish, Spice Girl meets them with a lengthy, upwards barrage of punches while letting out its cry, finishing by knocking them away. Trish confidently and calmly bids her foe an "Arrivederci". This GHA has a longer start-up than average, requiring more effort such as a launching attack, Guardbreak, or Assault Assist to reliably connect with it.
A three-stock assist. Trish lands and summons Spice Girl to perform a double-chop attack, causing the enemy to crumple to the ground.

Reversal Assist (リバーサルアシスト, Ribāsaru Ashisuto)

A one-stock assist. Trish jumps into the enemy and punches them with Spice Girl, knocking them away. She then withdraws her Stand and poses before jumping back off-screen.
The player's Heart Heat Gauge does not fill while their Stand is active. Each round lasts only 60 seconds.

Trish's theme is First Order From The Boss (ボスからの第一指令, Bosu kara no Daichi Shirei) and can be unlocked in-game by using the "I've turned it soft!" skill in All-Star Battle Mode's Trish vs Diavolo Boss Battle.
Its name is taken from the title of Chapter 30 of Vento Aureo, where Trish is properly introduced and her situation explained, Capo Bucciarati; The First Order from the Boss.
An ally in Part 5: Vento Aureo. She is the user of the StandSpice Girl. Diavolo is her true father, but he wants to kill her himself in order to prevent his secrets from being discovered. She is overweening at first, but due to Team Bucciarati's influence, she grows spiritually and awakens her own Stand ability.
User of the Stand Spicy Lady. Diavolo is her true father, but he wants to kill her to keep that fact a secret. She is overweening at first, but develops emotionally with the Bucciarati mob, also awakening her Stand ability.
The Stand of Trish Una. It has the ability to soften objects. Once softened, the object cannot be destroyed. The Stand is also able to converse with Trish. It is a close-range power type Stand with all-around high capability.
Trish's Stand. Has the power to make objects soft. Once turned soft, the object cannot be destroyed. The Stand can converse with Trish. It's also a competent close-range power Stand with good, all-around capabilities.
Fixed timing of Quick Stand ON activation to eliminate the issue where Quick Stand ON could be activated before the move's hitbox appeared.
