[[Tonio Trussardi|Tonio]] proceeded to serve his next course which was mozarella and tomato salad. [[Josuke Higashikata|Josuke]] begins to grow suspicious of Tonio as what happened to [[Okuyasu Nijimura|Okuyasu]] previously was strange, much to Tonio's displease. Tonio served the salad to Okuyasu and explains the history behind the use of tomatoes in Italian cooking as well as his pride in his Italian heritage. Okuyasu proceeded to eat the mozarella cheese in the salad and states it was quite plain. Tonio explains that the cheese has to be eaten with the tomato. As soon as Okuyasu ate the cheese and the tomato, he was shocked by its amazing taste.

When he scratched it, a sticky substance started to come off of his skin which Tonio explains is dirt.
Okuyasu takes another slice of the dish eagerly, which makes Josuke want to order the dish out of curiousness. Tonio mentions that the dish will only 'help' the customer with the 'stiff shoulder'. As soon as Tonio states that, Okuyasu mentions that he is burning up and starting to sweat. He begins to feel very itchy and scratches at his shoulder. Let's Go Eat Some Italian Food, Part 2 (イタリア料理を食べに行こう その②, Itaria Ryōri o Tabe ni Ikō Sono 2), originally Refined Antipasto (アカぬけた前菜(アンティパスト), Akanuketa Antipasuto) in the WSJ release, is the 39th chapter of Diamond is Unbreakable and the 304th chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Tonio proceeds to serve his next course, which is mozzarella and tomato salad.
