Summary
Kakyoin is back in the same dream he had that morning. In the real world, Kakyoin's sleeping body struggles violently causing Joseph to lose control of the plane. Polnareff, who is in the dream too, tells Kakyoin to relax.
A megaphone appears suddenly from the dog's wound and confirms the words of Kakyoin. Death Thirteen comes out of the dog's corpse and attacks Polnareff.
Unfortunately, Kakyoin can't summon his Stand within the mysterious dream world and Polnareff is in great danger. However, Joseph wakes him up to change the baby's diaper and save him from certain death. Death Thirteen then approaches his new target, Kakyoin.
In the waking world, Kakyoin goes into a wild frenzy and hits the plane controls, threatening it to spiral into the ground.
