Chapter 254

DIO's World, Part 8 (DIO(ディオ)の世界 その⑧, DIO no Sekai Sono 8), originally His Dying Message!! (命をふりしぼったメッセージ!!, Inochi o Furishibotta Messēji!!) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred forty-first chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the two hundred fifty-fourth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

As DIO finishes off Kakyoin, the time limit on his Stand ends, launching the unaware Kakyoin into a water tower. Then DIO turns his attention to Joseph who he claims is the weakest of the group. With his last breaths, Kakyoin discovers the secret to DIO's Stand and relays the message to Joseph by shooting the clock tower before passing on. Astounded, Joseph deciphers Kakyoin's warning about The World, that it can stop time.
