Foo Fighters (フー・ファイターズ, Fū Faitāzu), also referred to as F.F. (
Having neither previously appeared in All-Star Battle nor Eyes of Heaven as a playable character, she has an original moveset based on her appearance in Stone Ocean.
As F.F.'s voice actor from the Stone Ocean anime, Mariya Ise reprises her role in All-Star Battle R.
Gameplay
F.F. has 950 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style. However, unlike what is typical of characters with this Style, she does not summon or dismiss Foo Fighters. Instead, F.F. utilizes a "Move like F.F." system that allows her to chain various skills into each other.
This section requires expansion.

(During other ☆ skill) // ON GROUND CHARGEABLE
This skill is part of the "Move like F.F." system and can chain into or from other skills like it, consuming Plankton.
When F.F. executes her HHA, this skill is also enhanced. This increases the next plankton shot's damage, speed, and priority; Upon connecting, the opponent is attacked from the inside by plankton, receiving multiple hits and knocking them off their feet. If charged, the opponent will still crumple on the final hit.
Attack type: High
Damage: 35 (normal) / 40 (charged) / 116 (HHA-enhanced) / 138 (charged HHA-enhanced)
(During other ☆ skill) + // ON GROUND CHARGEABLE
This skill is part of the "Move like F.F." system and can chain into or from other skills like it, consuming Plankton.

During the forwards variation, she has brief strike-invulnerability while flipping, and can even pass through the opponent to their other side.
During the backwards variation, F.F. has brief invulnerability while flipping, and can damage and knock the opponent upwards via kicking them, functioning as a reversal attack and launcher. (Flash Cancel comboable)
The F.F. Shot fired can be charged, resulting in a much larger projectile being fired that deals more damage, leaves the opponent crumpling, and will instantly Guardbreak them if they attempt to block it. (Comboable)
Attack type: High
Damage: 35 (shot) / 19 (flip)
If specifically the Heavy () version connects, it launches the opponent upwards in such a way that F.F. can immediately Flash Cancel and follow up with her GHA, with strict timing.
Attack type: High
Damage: 62 / 88 / 114
- Light (): F.F. fires three shots straight forward, allowing her to challenge an opponent also in the air.
- Medium (): F.F. fires four shots at a diagonally downwards angle.
- Heavy (): F.F. fires five shots sharply downward, almost underneath herself.
Attack type: High
Damage: 60 / 80 / 100 (20 per shot)

In addition to healing F.F., using this HHA will also enhance the next use of "F.F. Shot", indicated by the Plankton Icon flashing blue. This increases the plankton shot's damage, speed, and priority; Upon connecting, the opponent is attacked from the inside by plankton, receiving multiple hits and knocking them off their feet.
This GHA has a considerably longer start-up than average, requiring more effort such as a launching attack, Guardbreak, or Assault Assist to reliably connect with it.
Before the game's release, this GHA's name was localized as "I'm certainly more sapient than you!"
Attack type: High
Damage: 390 / 468 / 585 (depending on HH gauge)
Attack type: Middle
Damage: 60 (20 per shot)
