Another One Bites the Dust, Part 1 (アナザーワン バイツァ・ダスト その①, Anazāwan Baitsa Dasuto Sono 1), originally A New Ability! (新しい能力!, Atarashī Nōryoku!) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred fifty-third chapter of Diamond is Unbreakable and the four hundred eighteenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Yoshihiro is seen entering the Kawajiri house through a window. Inside, Shinobu is calling for Hayato, complaining that he has left his clothes on the floor after his bath. To her surprise, her husband Kosaku is the one who comes out of the bathroom. She sees that he is bleeding, and approaches the closet to get him some bandages, but he holds the door shut and asks for her to bring him some tea instead. After telling him that she's relieved that he's human enough to get hurt, she goes downstairs, failing to notice that Hayato's dead body is hidden inside the closet.

Kira bites his nails as he remembers losing his temper and killing Hayato, which he now realizes was a mistake. Yoshihiro tells him that he will never be able to cover it up now that he is being investigated; Rohan will be at the house in the morning to ask questions. He urges his son to escape by leaving town, but Kira angrily tells him that he will never leave Morioh to live as a fugitive. As he grabs the photograph to yell at his father, he is pierced by the Arrow his father keeps in the photograph.

The next morning, Shinobu comes into Hayato's room to wake him up, only to find him already awake. She complains to herself that he never speaks to her. Hayato looks out the window, thinking that Kira let him leave the bath safely last night, but he must surely be planning something. As Kira walks downstairs, he is calm and collected, confident in his new ability.

It could be because the manuscript paper is white, but when it gets warm, bugs show up and writhe on the paper. That's so bug-like of them.
