Manga/OVA Differences
- Hol Horse's meeting with DIO is shown as a flashback prior to his meeting with Enya, rather than before the Joestar group's fight with D'Arby.
- Hol Horse reports Polnareff's betrayal rather than Mariah and Alessi's defeats.
- Hol pulls the trigger right before DIO appears behind him. In the original story, DIO disappears before Hol Horse can shoot.
- The setting of the Justice fight is moved from Pakistan to Arabia.
- A scene is added of the group stopping at a gas station to map out their journey.
- Joseph is shown using the phones at the gas station and hotel to call someone, later revealed to be Avdol.
- Hol Horse's meeting with Enya is moved to before she lures the group to her hotel.
- Justice's true form is not seen.
- Joseph attempting to get in the group's jeep and narrowly avoiding a spiked fence is removed.
- Enya first appears to the group bringing the police to carry away the corpse.
- Enya appears to the group in her true form as an old lady, rather than her usual younger form in the adaptation.
- Enya mentioning the name "Joestar" and Jotaro's subsequent interrogation is moved from their first meeting to just before Joseph signs the guest book.
- A series of original scenes see the group checking into their rooms and being stalked by Justice's puppets.
- Enya's usual disguise as a young woman is logged as a guest at the hotel. Polnareff's later encounter with her occurs while she is in this form.
- Justice's first attack on Polnareff comes from a bartender, rather than Enya herself. Enya does not reveal herself until after Polnareff fends him off.

Trivia
- The French dub changes the dialogue in some scenes adding information not present in the original Japanese dialogue nor the manga:
- When first attacking Hol Horse, Enya mentions her Stand is able to create holes in people because it is acidic.
- When revealing herself to Polnareff, Enya mentions that J. Geil's father had a Stand as well which could control a spirit, although it is unclear if Enya was referring about him being able to control his Stand, or if it refers about him being able to control someone else's spirit.
