Gray Fly (グレー・フライ, Gurē Furai) est un antagoniste mineur figurant dans la troisième partie de JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Stardust Crusaders.
Gray Fly est un assassin à la solde de DIO. Il attaque le Groupe Joestar alors qu'ils prennent l'avion vers l'Egypte. Il est un manieur de Stand et possède le Stand insectoïde Tower of Gray.
Apparence
Grey Fly est un petit vieil homme chauve excepté sur les côtés du crane, ayant une moustache épaisse et une empreinte de lucane sur sa langue, qui est d'ailleur anormalement longue.
Vu qu'il se fait passer pour un passager ordinaire, Gray Fly enfile une chemise normale, un gilet-pull et un pantalon foncé.

Personnalité
Gray Fly est un mercenaire assoiffé de sang qui aime tuer.
Selon Mohammed Abdul, Gray Fly est connu comme un manieur de Stand qui cause de multiples accidents et tue des gens pour voler leurs objets de valeur. De plus, Gray Fly est extrêmement cruel et violent car son modus operandi est de déchirer la langue de ses cibles. Sa personnalité sadique le pousse à tuer des gens juste pour le plaisir et lors de son apparition, il a envoyé Tower of Grey tuer plusieurs passagers de l'avion et écrire le mot «massacre» avec leur sang sur les murs. Kakyoin et Abdul notent que DIO n'avait pas besoin d'utiliser une spore pour le contrôler et supposent qu'il a simplement été embauché pour tuer le Groupe Joestar. Cependant, Grey Fly fait preuve d'une loyauté surprenante, affirmant que tous les manieur de stand s'inclineront devant DIO et que les héros n'atteindront jamais l'Égypte.
Comme la plupart des manieurs de Stand, Gray Fly est très confiant en son Stand Tower of Gray, notamment en sa rapidité. Il clâme que son Stand pourrait éviter dix tirs de pistolet à bout portant.

Le Stand de Gray Fly est Tower of Gray qui prend la forme d'une lucane cerf-volant géant avec une rapidité et agilité remarquables (apparemment plus rapide que Star Platinum). Il est capable de déchirer facilement la chair, et Gray Fly l'utilise pour tuer des gens en leur déchirant la langue.

Grey Fly et Abdul précisent que la carte de tarot de "La Tour", que représente Tower of Gray, symbolise les évènements inattendu qui interrompent un voyage vers la fin. De fait, Grey Fly passe sa vie à interrompre des voyages, y compris ceux du groupe Joestar, et sa mission peut être qualifiée de succès vu qu'il oblige les héros à un voyage beaucoup plus long et plus difficile vers l'Égypte. Tower of Grey représente aussi la destruction, les changements soudain et la réalisation d'une vérité. Celà se voit avec Tower of Grey qui attaque soudainement durant un moment calme, et signale à quel point les héros vont devoir se battre.[1]
Histoire
Passé
Gray Fly est un manieur de Stand impliqué dans de nombreux vols et meurtres de masse déguisés en accidents impliquant des accidents d'avion et des accidents de train, y compris une catastrophe aérienne en Angleterre avec 300 victimes. Il ne laissait aucun signe ou indice derrière, ce qui lui permettait de toujours s'échapper. Il a acquis une notoriété suffisante parmi les manieurs de stand pour être connu de Mohammed Abdul, mais Abdul ne connaissait pas l'apparence de son stand. Abdul était d'ailleur surpris de voir un Stand insectoïde. Selon Abdul, Gray Fly aurait pu agir sur les ordres de DIO. Il est l'un des représentants des cartes du tarot envoyés par la vieille Enya pour tuer le groupe Joestar.[1]
Stardust Crusaders
Gray Fly boards a plane en route to Cairo via Bangkok as one of the passengers to assassinate the Joestar Group. Posing as an ordinary old man, Gray Fly lets his Stand attack Jotaro.
Tower of Gray attacks Jotaro first, showcasing its speed and ripper tongue and almost rips off Jotaro's tongue. In order to make his opponents understand his true powers and his intentions, he cuts off the tongues of the other passengers with Tower of Gray, then proceeds to write the word "Massacre" on the wall with their blood.
It is at this point that Gray Fly stands up, leaves his seat and tries to reach the bathroom, pretending to be nothing but a harmless old man. He then stops and starts screaming at the sight of blood, probably in an attempt to wake up the passengers and put the Joestar group into more trouble. However, he is swiftly knocked out by Kakyoin, who stands as Tower of Gray's new opponent. Kakyoin manages to trick the Stand by distracting him with his Emerald Splash while hiding the tentacles of his Hierophant Green among the plane's seats. The strategy succeeds, as the tentacles grab Tower of Gray and destroy it, leading to Gray Fly's death as well.
However, before dying, Gray Fly managed to kill the plane's pilots in a last attempt to lead the protagonists to the same fate. Although his head and tongue were split in two because of Kakyoin's attack, he managed to stand up and taunt them, saying that they will never get to DIO even if they were lucky enough to survive the crash. He also warns them that DIO's own allies will be coming after the protagonists. Thanks to Joseph's piloting skills, the passengers survive the crash but the Joestar Group is now forced out of taking any plane to Egypt.

JoJo RPG (SFC)
The events from Tower of Gray chapters appear in a different form on the game. Instead of taking place on an airplane, the fight against Tower of Gray occurs on Jotaro's school and Gray Fly appears a school janitor rather than a passenger.
Heritage for the Future (PS1/DC/Arcade)
The events from Tower of Gray appear on Super Story mode (PlayStation version only), as the player must defeat Tower of Gray using Kakyoin. After the battle, Gray Fly briefly appears and is knocked down by the heroes (much like in the manga storyline).
Tower of Gray's special battle can also be unlocked on Gallery mode (Oingo and Boingo's book), but the player can only play as one of the eight heroes (including Young Joseph and New Kakyoin).
Stardust Shooters (Android/iOS)
Both the Stand Tower of Gray and the user Gray Fly posses a Metal Striker on the game as part of the PART 3 characters. They both share the same FINISH move of Tower of Gray attacking the defeated opponent with its tongue.

- Gray Fly was not given a proper name until several years after Part 3's publication, where it was revealed in the PlayStation port of Heritage for the Future and eventually documented in JOJO A-GO!GO!.
