Every time [[Noriaki Kakyoin|Kakyoin]] sees [[Hierophant Green]], he remembers his lonely childhood. He believed he could have no friends because no one could see Hierophant Green. He then remembers meeting [[Joseph Joestar|Joseph]], [[Jotaro Kujo|Jotaro]], [[Muhammad Avdol|Avdol]], [[Jean Pierre Polnareff|Polnareff]], and [[Iggy]]; how they were the first friends he ever had. He decides that he must make Hierophant Green invisible again in order to find out the secret of [[The World]]. Joseph and Kakyoin swing from the rooftops, trying to escape from [[DIO]]. Jotaro and Polnareff follow from afar. DIO lands on a rooftop and triggers Hierophant Green's attack. DIO deflects the Emerald Splash but finds himself entangled in Hierophant Green's web. Every tentacle he breaks causes an Emerald Splash to fire. Completely surrounded, Kakyoin can sense DIO's every move. He attacks with a Twenty Meter Radius Emerald Splash. However, DIO is unconcerned as he shows off The World's ability: the power to reign over the world. DIO stops time. He approaches Kakyoin and punches him clean through the abdomen.

DIO's World, Part 7 (DIO(ディオ)の世界 その⑦, DIO no Sekai Sono 7), originally The Stand That Rules the World (世界を支配するスタンド, Sekai o Shihai Suru Sutando) in the WSJ release, is the 140th chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the 253rd chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Every time Kakyoin sees Hierophant Green, he remembers his lonely childhood. He believed he could have no friends because no one could see Hierophant Green. He then remembers meeting Joseph, Jotaro, Avdol, Polnareff, and Iggy; how they were the first friends he ever had. In May 2008, Shueisha halted manga shipments of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure after a complaint had been launched against them from an Egyptian cleric, after noticing a scene in the OVAs that had the villain, Dio Brando, reading a book depicting pages from the Qur'an.[2] Even though the manga did not feature that specific scene, Shueisha had Araki redraw scenes that depicted characters fighting on top of, and destroying, mosques.[2]
