Lovers, Part 5 (
Summary
Much to Polnareff, Joseph, and Kakyoin's surprise, the clone Polnareff had destroyed regenerates and forms more clones. Lovers says that he knows for a fact that he isn't strong or fast enough to hurt them, but he knows himself and he knows their weaknesses. Lovers forms more clones and neither Silver Chariot nor Hierophant Green can figure out who the real one is. Silver Chariot is badly hurt and so is Polnareff, but he refuses to back down, even when Joseph tells him to call his Stand back. Lovers is sure of his victory and claims that the weakest Stand in history is also the scariest.
Meanwhile, Steely Dan makes Jotaro steal a golden bracelet from a jewelry shop and calls for security on purpose, stealing a more expensive necklace while Jotaro is being beaten up. He's surprised to see that when he comes back, Jotaro is laughing. He says it's because he's thinking about the satisfaction he'll get when he'll give him a lesson. When Steely Dan assures that Joseph's death is in only a matter of seconds, Jotaro replies that he doesn't know Kakyoin.
Indeed, Kakyoin was able to find out which Lovers was the real one by using his tentacles to check every one of them, allowing Hierophant Green to hit Lovers with an Emerald Splash.
