Wheel of Fortune, Part 2 (運命の車輪(ホウィール・オブ・フォーチュン) その②, Howīru obu Fōchun Sono 2), originally Danger! Dead End (危険!行き止まり, Kiken! Ikidomari) in the WSJ release, is the thirty-eighth chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the one hundred fifty-first chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

After the accident, the group wonders if the car that tricked them into the accident with a truck was a Stand. They keep moving at a slower pace to avoid another meeting. Jotaro suggests they leave the destroyed truck behind and act as if nothing happened.

The mysterious car stops in front of a signpost indicating the direction to Pakistan and changes the direction it points, tricking Polnareff, the driver, once again. This leads the group to a small gas station. After taking a rest, the group finds that the car was parked under a small tree close to the station, but can't tell how the driver looked, only that he had muscular arms. Jotaro proposes to find the driver in the bar by simply beating up all the customers with muscular arms, even if innocent people get hurt. Kakyoin tries to stop them, but can't calm down the group.

They eventually find out that they were tricked again by the driver of the mysterious car, who quickly leaves the scene before they can see him. The group gives chase and are led by the car to a closed road where the car attacks them from behind, trying to push them off of the cliff.
