Will A. Zeppeli (ウィル・
His moveset is fundamentally the same as his from All-Star Battle, with a few tweaks being made to both balance the character and fit him into the overall gameplay changes that All-Star Battle R brought.
Zeppeli's voice actor, Yoku Shioya reprises his role from the Phantom Blood anime and previous game, All-Star Battle. All of his voicelines were re-recorded and include new pieces of dialogue.
Gameplay
Zeppeli has 950 health and uses the Ripple (波紋, Hamōn) Battle Style. During a fight, he can use several different attacks that were featured in Phantom Blood.
