Summary

As Josuke and Okuyasu walk home from school, Okuyasu noticed a sign leading to a new Italian restaurant by the name of Trussardi's. When they had arrived at the restaurant, Josuke noticed that the menu was 'up to the customer'. As they entered, they were greeted by the sole owner, chef and waiter of Trussardi, Tonio Trussardi. After Josuke and Okuyasu had sat down at their table, Tonio stated that he will determine what he makes for the customer based on his observations and accurately points out Okuyasu's health problems.

Tonio went to the kitchen to start preparing the meal. As Josuke tried to convince Okuyasu to leave the restaurant should the food taste bad, Okuyasu took a sip of water from a glass and stated that he had never tasted water that was as good as it was. Okuyasu began to cry over how good the water tasted and couldn't stop himself from crying up; causing eyes began to deflate. Just as Josuke confronted Tonio about the situation, Tonio explains that the water was meant to cleanse Okuyasu's eyes as well as relieve his insomnia. Okuyasu finally stops crying and mentions that his sleepiness was gone and he had never felt better. Tonio then prepares a number of dishes for Okuyasu one after another, including: mozarella and tomato salad and spaghetti alla puttanesca. After eating these seemingly normal meals, Okuyasu began to experience bizarre reactions, such as his skin flaking off in huge amounts which in turn healed his stiff shoulder.

After Tonio left to make the main dish, Josuke, out of suspicion towards Tonio and his cooking, decided to inspect the food by using Crazy Diamond to 'fix' the spaghetti and reduce it to its original ingredients. As the spaghetti began to restore itself, bizarre looking organisms appeared in the spaghetti. The organisms, assumed to be a singular Stand by Josuke, flew into the kitchen. Josuke deduces that Tonio is in fact a Stand user.

Josuke went into the kitchen of Trussardi's to fully investigate Tonio and discover his true intentions. As Josuke entered, he found the main dish that was to be served to Okuyasu and discovered Tonio feeding a dog the exact same dish. The dog suddenly started to convulse its own intestines out as Tonio discovered that Josuke was spying on him the entire time and proceeded to throw a knife at Josuke which barely missed. Josuke, as he questions Tonio's motives behind his cooking, hears Okuyasu eating the lamb with applesauce with gruesome after-effects. Tonio, unexpectedly to Josuke, presents Josuke with a block of soap and asks him to wash his hands with it.

Tonio was revealed to be angry towards Josuke for not washing his hands before entering the kitchen. Okuyasu has stopped convulsing and his stomach wound was mysteriously gone. He mentioned that his stomach felt better and that his constipation was gone as if nothing had happened, much to Josuke's surprise. Tonio was revealed to have no ulterior motives behind his cooking besides wanting to spread joy through his cooking. Tonio decided to punish Josuke for entering his kitchen without washing his hands first. He served Okuyasu pudding for his dessert to cure his athlete's foot. Josuke, however, was unfortunately left to clean the kitchen without a bite to eat.
