Summary
As DIO finishes off Kakyoin, the time limit on his Stand ends, launching the unaware Kakyoin into a water tower. Then DIO turns his attention to Joseph who he claims is the weakest of the group. With his last breaths, Kakyoin discovers the secret to DIO's Stand and relays the message to Joseph by shooting the clock tower before passing on.
