Guido Mista (グイード・ミスタ, Guīdo Misuta) was confirmed to return for All-Star Battle R during the game's initial announcement trailer.[1]
His moveset is fundamentally the same as his from All-Star Battle, with a few tweaks being made to both balance the character and fit him into the overall gameplay tweaks that All-Star Battle R brought.
In the English version of All-Star Battle R, Mista's Stand, Sex Pistols, is localized as "Six Bullets", carried on from its first official usage in All-Star Battle.
Replacing Kenji Akabane, Kosuke Toriumi reprises his role as Mista's voice actor from the Golden Wind anime adaptation. Toriumi also replaces Asami Imai as Sex Pistols. As with the majority of the game's roster, voicelines for Mista were either added or re-recorded.
Mista has 950 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style, fighting foes with Sex Pistols. During a fight, he can use several different attacks that were featured in Vento Aureo.
The player's health continuously drains. The opponent starts with 50% health.

An ally in Part 5: Vento Aureo. He is the user of the StandSex Pistols, and a member of Team Bucciarati. He is an optimist with a simple outlook on life, but is obsessed with the idea that the number four is unlucky. After surviving the final battle, he becomes a Capo.
Stand: Six Bullets. A member of Bucciarati's mob. He is an optimist with a simple outlook on life, but is obsessed with the idea that the number four is unlucky. After surviving the final battle, he becomes a Capo.
Guido Mista's Stand. The Stand consists of six discrete small humanoids. They each have ability to manipulate bullets by kicking them, allowing them to either increase their power or change their trajectories. Each of the six beings are numbered, skipping the number 4 due to Mista's superstition, and they each have distinct personalities. If they are hungry or tired, they become standoffish and refuse to work.
Guido Mista's Stand, consisting of six discrete bullet "beings" that can increase their power and control their trajectories at will. They are numbered from 1 to 7, skipping 4, which Mista considers bad luck. Without food and rest, they get very grumpy.
