Guido Mista (グイード・ミスタ, Guīdo Misuta) appears in Diamond Records as a playable character in both the Action Battle and Tactical Battle game modes. He has two unlockable statues of the 'Courage' type, one 5 star and one 6 star.
Mista's moveset in both game modes is comprised of various attacks inspired by the anime, using his stand Sex Pistols. Mista is one of five Vento Aureo characters who are playable in Action Battle, the others being Giorno, Bucciarati, Trish, and Prosciutto.

Mista's basic attack is a single punch followed by a kick.
Mista fires a bullet into the air, which is redirected by one of his Sex Pistols to hit an opponent.
Mista takes a step back to fire a bullet, which is passed along by Sex Pistols three times before hitting the opponent. (Unlockable)
Mista reloads his gun using bullets dropped from his hat, granting him a speed buff and an extra turn.
Mista fires all 6 bullets from his gun, which are ridden by Sex Pistols and are all directed at one opponent. (Unlockable)
Mista fires a single bullet which is kicked by all of the Sex Pistols, and is split into numerous pieces that all hit an opponent.
