The Man on the Tower (4), originally You'll Be the One Left on the Tower! in the WSJ release, is the four hundred first chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the one hundred thirty-sixth chapter of Diamond Is Unbreakable.
Summary
Mikitaka Hazekura has entangled Toyohiro Kanedaichi inside Super Fly, allowing Josuke Higashikata to escape. Toyohiro then cuts the cable with a hidden knife but Mikitaka reveals that the cable isn't part of his body, and thus Toyohiro falls. However, Toyohiro had already calculated that much, having mentally practiced every way to escape for years, and the damage bounces back to Mikitaka while Toyohiro effortlessly catches one of the beams. He then uses his knowledge of Super Fly to propel several bolts to pin down Mikitaka. As Toyohiro prepares his escape, revealing that his name is a pseudonym and that his face is a mask, Mikitaka despairs. However Josuke repairs the cable Toyohiro cut, and is now near Toyohiro.
