By creating a sand double of [[Dio Brando|DIO]], [[Iggy]]'s [[The Fool]] is able to perform a sneak attack on [[Vanilla Ice]]. However, Vanilla Ice isn't tricked so easily and destroys the sand double. Vanilla Ice goes for Iggy, but instead of erasing him Vanilla Ice punches the small dog. Blinded by rage for having to destroy DIO's likeness, Vanilla Ice kicks Iggy repeatedly. Polnareff watches in horror as Iggy's bones break and his insides bleed. Polnareff commands Vanilla Ice to stop and sends his [[Silver Chariot]] after him. Silver Chariot attacks, but Vanilla Ice evades and disappears within [[Cream]]'s void. Chariot spins his blade, stirring up the sand made by The Fool. By watching the path of erasing sand, Polnareff is able to track Cream's exact position. Cream opens its mouth so Vanilla Ice can see. At that moment Silver Chariot stabs Vanilla Ice through the mouth. However Cream grabs Chariot's throat, unaware to Polnareff that Ice is now a [[vampire]].

The Miasma of the Void, Vanilla Ice, Part 5 (亜空の瘴気 ヴァニラ・アイス その⑤, Akū no Shōki Vanira Aisu Sono 5), originally The Dark Void's Trajectory (暗黒空間の軌跡, Ankoku Kūkan no Kiseki) in the WSJ release, is the 129th chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the 242nd chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary
