[[Joseph Joestar|Joseph]] decides to cook some baby food over the fire, while the [[Mannish Boy|baby]] contemplates his plan to annihilate the group in their sleep. [[Jean Pierre Polnareff|Polnareff]] tries some of the baby food recipe and upon finding it delicious, tries to eat more of it to Joseph's dismay. The baby becomes angry at Polnareff, but is interrupted by the discovery of a scorpion that had crawled onto front end of his bed. Before the scorpion attacks, the baby takes out a safety pin and quickly stabs it.

Joseph tries to feed the baby but Kakyoin smacks the spoon away and proclaims that the baby is a [[Stand]] user. He shows the others the words etched into his arm as proof, but instead of believing him, they think that Kakyoin was the one who harmed himself. Fearing his credibility is at stake, Kakyoin decides to attack the baby head on using [[Hierophant Green]]. Before he's able to act, Polnareff comes from behind and uses [[Silver Chariot]] to knock Kakyoin out. The group agrees to figure out what to do with Kakyoin in the morning and all decide to go to sleep. The Baby reveals that he had the scorpion inside his mouth the whole time and prepares to make his move.

Death Thirteen, Part 4 (死神13(デスサーティーン) その④, Desu Sātīn Sono 4), originally Kakyoin's Conviction (花京院の確信, Kakyōin no Kakushin) in the WSJ release, is the 58th chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the 171st chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary
