Summary
While a mysterious killer roams in the city of Morioh, Josuke becomes concerned after examining his bank account about the fact that he only has ¥285. Remembering that Joseph spent about 130,000 yen with his credit card and that he returned everything in cash, causing Josuke to spend it on various goods, he laments his poverty. However, he is surprised at a tiny bee-like Stand coming from under a banking machine with a 1 yen coin with it.
Curious, Josuke follows the Stand and is soon joined by Okuyasu, who saw the same Stand and is also pursuing it. They soon find a whole swarm of the same tiny Stands gathering under a tree and putting a large number of coins together, to the joy of their mysterious user, who congratulates himself on having the idea of using his Stand Harvest to make money out of lost small change. Looking at him from behind a bush, Josuke and Okuyasu deem the boy harmless, who then spots them. After a tense stare, the kid warmly salutes Josuke and Okuyasu, to their relief.
