Under World, Part 5 (アンダー・ワールド その⑤, Andā Wārudo Sono 5), originally Guilt (罪悪感, Zaiaku Kan) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred twenty-third chapter of Stone Ocean and the seven hundred seventeenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Emporio has found the seat of the crash's survivors, situated at the back of the plane. Jolyne and Ermes race toward those seats against Under World which plans to prevent them from using those seats. Although Stone Free manages to make it past Under World, the enemy remains confident. When Jolyne and Ermes arrive at the seats, they push away the survivors, but three children fall into the seat from the outside. Versus pushed sick children into the hole to force Jolyne between dying or sacrificing children to survive, an act which would break her spirit. Jolyne is indeed unwilling to sacrifice the children, and the duo runs out of options as the plane crashes.

While Pucci bickers with Versus about sending an extra child to his death, one of the survivors emerges from the cloud of ashes, with Kiss's sticker visible on his cheek. A double was made and a child was put between them, saving him alongside the two children in the seats. Versus, seeing that more than two people survived the crash, is now deeply worried.
