DIO's World, Part 13 (DIO(ディオ)の世界 その⑬, DIO no Sekai Sono 13), originally Make Sure He's Dead (完全なるとどめ, Kanzen naru Todome) in the WSJ release, is the 146th chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the 259th chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary
