Highway Star, Part 7 (ハイウェイ・スター その⑦, Haiwei Sutā Sono 7), originally I'll Definitely Get There! (ぜってえそこまで行く!, Zettē Soko made Iku!) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred twenty-fifth chapter of Diamond is Unbreakable and the three hundred ninetieth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

At the Grape Hills Hospital, Koichi looks for the mysterious accident victim. He asks the receptionist where he is, but she refuses to help him, indicating that visit hours are done for the day. After being rudely told off by the receptionist, Koichi uses Echoes ACT3 to tilt some bottles of expensive medicine from their shelf. The receptionist notices that and since her salary depends on keeping the bottle safe, tries to hold them.

Noticing that the bottles are unusually heavy, she is stuck trying to keep them from falling and calls Koichi for help. Koichi smugly forces her to reveal the name of the accident victim, Yuya Fungami in room 525. At that moment, Josuke crashes through the hospital's door, and Koichi tells him the critical information.

Josuke enters the elevator and pushes the button, but a part of Highway Star slips through the gaps in the door. It soon falls off, and Josuke realizes that Echoes is helping him, though Koichi cannot hold it off for long. Near Yuya's room, Josuke is caught up and is covered by Highway Star. Josuke manages to reach Yuya's room, but collapses, too weak to stand up.
