Red Hot Chili Pepper, Part 4 (レッド・ホット・チリ・ペッパー その④, Reddo Hotto Chiri Peppā Sono 4), originally The Only Truth! (真実はひとつ!, Shinjitsu wa Hitotsu!) in the WSJ release, is the forty-fifth chapter of Diamond is Unbreakable and the three hundred tenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Okuyasu is thrown off by Red Hot Chili Pepper's attempt to psyche him out, and becomes hesitant, asking what's it planning. Okuyasu tries to consider every possibility but cannot handle the intellectual effort, confusing himself further. When Jotaro also shouts not to finish it off, Okuyasu has had enough of thinking and swings The Hand's right hand toward Red Hot Chili Pepper to kill it thus avenging his brother. The Hand erases half of the Stand but also uncovers an underground electric cable. Red Hot Chili Pepper knew by heart the electrical grid of Morioh and lured Okuyasu into scraping the ground so that it reaches the power source, being unable to do it itself. Red Hot Chili Pepper cuts off Okuyasu's right arm to disable him and drags him into the electric cable. Fortunately, Josuke repairs the right arm with Crazy Diamond, dragging Okuyasu out of the cable. Okuyasu acknowledges his loss but says that Red Hot Chili Pepper did teach him that he was too reliant on his brother's judgement. Meanwhile, Jotaro and Josuke have to plan something in order to protect Joseph Joestar.

At 11:40 on the boat where Joseph is, a Speedwagon Foundation employee informs the old man that they will reach Morioh soon. Joseph then asks where his cane is, to which the employee replies that it is right in front of him.
