The Radio Gaga Incident, Part 2 (ラヂオ・ガガ事件②, Rajio Gaga Jiken 2) is the one hundred tenth and final chapter of JoJolion and the nine hundred fifty seventh chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Lucy's cape has been caught by a mysterious Guard Rail Creature which inexorably drags her towards the gap between the plates. She discovers also that her driver's corpse has been crushed between the plates, his internal organs now dangling out of his body. She is almost caught, but thankfully, Fumi comes and pulls her out of the guard rail's grip before she is killed.

Fumi is confused by the realization that an intelligent guard rail just attacked them. Lucy apologizes for having roped Fumi into such a dangerous situation, explaining that she only expected to investigate the Locacaca and not encounter an enemy. She likens the guard rail to an animal guarding a spot, which confuses Fumi further but their discussion is interrupted when Lucy coughs blood, which worries the young man. Fumi tries to drag Lucy back into their car but they suddenly slip forward as the driver's corpse appears to grab Lucy by the neck. As he pulls them, the driver begs Fumi and Lucy to bring them to the hospital. Lucy realises that the driver is being barely kept alive on purpose. At the same time, the guard rail speaks and calls them out on wanting to leave the driver behind. Fumi tries to punch the driver to keep him away but then an intestine comes out of the rail guard to ensnare Fumi by the neck. Fumi finds himself being dragged into the guard rail and desperately grabs onto the plates to survive.

Suddenly, Lucy spots the Joestar Birthmark on Fumi's shoulder, his pull-over having been damaged and having left his shoulder exposed. As Fumi's face comes into contact with the guard rail, Lucy tells Fumi that he surely can start the car's engine from where he is, guessing that he must have an ability. Driven to his limit, Fumi takes his geta and throws it at the car, hitting the trunk of the car and opening it. Lucy's items burst out of the trunk, and Fumi grabs on to an electric cord. Vines appear around Fumi's arm and use the cord to reach towards the car and start the engine. The car then rolls towards the guard rail and wounds hit at it bends the metal plate. Josefumi finds a pear of clackers but tosses them inside, preferring to fully invoke his Stand and pummel the guard rail. The rail is destroyed and its remains lay dying on the slope of the hill. For their part, Fumi lifts Lucy and flees the scene.

At Lucy's request, Fumi reveals that his full name is Joseph Joestar, the grandson of Johnny Joestar and Rina Higashikata. As they run, Lucy briefly spots Tooru busy digging up two Locacaca trees in the orchard nearby. Lucy tries to shout, but she coughs blood again, distracting Joseph and allowing Tooru to disappear without a trace.

The narration reveals that Lucy has died of a lung disease three years after the "Radio Ga Ga" incident and that she was unable to return to Japan again. For his part, Joseph accompanied her back to America and because stuck here when the United States entered Word War II. He worked as Lucy's assistant, received an education and earned citizenship in New York. In 1952, he met and then married a woman named Suzy Q and they had a daughter together: Holy. Meanwhile, the Higashikata Family kept living in Morioh. In 1993, Norisuke Higashikata IV took control of the family and the Higashikata Fruit Company's businees prospered. In 2010, their house was rebuilt by Yotsuyu Yagiyama.

In the present day, Josuke Higashikata and Yasuho find themselves without any Locacaca to cure Holy. Thinking somberly about Rai Mamezuku and Kei Nijimura's sacrifices, Josuke mentions that they still exist somewhere in the Pacific islands, although there is no one who could search for them. Incidentally, Kiyomi Kujo passes nearby with a baby in her arms. She drops her phone and Yasuho nicely picks it up for her. As Kiyomi goes away, Yasuho and Josuke recognize her as Josefumi Kujo's mother, but Josuke realizes there is no point in approaching her since she seems to have left Josefumi and has moved on. Josuke declares that he was born in the soil beneath the Wall Eyes, being neither Josefumi Kujo nor Yoshikage Kira. Nonetheless, Yasuho has checked inside Kiyomi's phone with Paisley Park and found that she has kept numerous photos of Josefumi inside. Josuke is moved, but the occasion has passed. Thus the couple head out of the TG University Hospital's parking lot. On their way, Yasuho mentions that Josefumi's name is due to the fact that his grandfather has once found a geta with Joseph Joestar's name engraved on it and that he couldn't stop thinking about it.

Josuke and Yasuho finally arrive at the Higashikata Fruit Parlor where Daiya Higashikata greets them. Inside of the shop, the surviving members of the Higashikata Family, Mitsuba, Hato, Joshu and Tsurugi are busy choosing a cake to celebrate Norisuke's discharge from the hospital. Daiya has trouble choosing a cake out of the most popular ones and Hato argues instead that the cake should symbolize a new beginning. The Higashikatas suddenly all cry, unable to cope with the traumatizing events they have recently gone through. Tsurugi then suggests that Josuke be the one to choose the cake, to which everyone agrees. As Yasuho leaves the shop, she sheds a happy tear at the sight of Josuke having found a family he belongs to.
