Hierophant Green (ADVENTURE2 法皇の緑, Adventure 2 Haierofanto Gurīn) is the second episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVA. It adapts Chapter 117 through Chapter 122 of the manga.

Summary

Jotaro learns the secret of his Stand power and about his family's enemy, the vampire DIO. Later, Jotaro is attacked by “Hierophant Green,” an enemy Stand controlled by DIO's assassin, Noriaki Kakyoin, who is under DIO's control. When Holy falls into a Stand-induced coma, Joseph, Jotaro and the others embark on a dangerous journey to Egypt to save her life and end the 100-year battle between DIO and the Joestar family!

Manga/Anime Differences

• The fight between Jotaro and Kakyoin takes place in a forest, instead of the school.
• When Jotaro removes the flesh bud from Kakyoin, he sees some of DIO's flashbacks such as the fight between Jonathan and DIO at the mansion and the final moments between the two on the boat.
