People of Morioh Town (杜王町の人々, Moriō-chō no Hitobito), originally Warriors Moving Out!! (動き出す戦士達!!, Ugokidasu Senshi Tachi!!) in the WSJ release, is the eighty-second chapter of Diamond is Unbreakable and the three hundred forty-seventh chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

As the remnants of Harvest disappear, leaving the button behind them, Josuke and Okuyasu barge out of their classroom to look for Shigechi but see no signs of him. Picking up the button, Josuke suggests going to look for Shigechi when Kira notices that the button disappeared but doesn't think much of it. Meanwhile, the ghost of Reimi notices Shigechi's spirit ascending in the sky in agony, and cry as her murderer claimed another victim.

Every lawful Stand user in town meet near the ghost alley, and Reimi confirms Shigechi's death. Since Shigechi was a proficient Stand user, only another even more dangerous Stand user could have killed him. Examining the button, Jotaro and Joseph decide to involve themselves with the investigation, using the button as a clue to the murderer. Promising to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity, the Stand users all disperse, unknowingly crossing path with Kira, who is on his way to kill another woman.
