D'Arby the Player (10) (ダービー・ザ・プレイヤー その⑩, Dābī za Pureiyā Sono 10), originally Jotaro's Pitching Announcements (承太郎の投球予告, Jōtarō no Tōkyū Yokoku) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred twenty-third chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the two hundred thirty-sixth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

The score is four to one with Jotaro in the lead. However Telence is able to predict how Jotaro is going to pitch. Jotaro pitches and Telence hits another home run. He hits another one, making the score four to three. Jotaro takes off his hat, and places it on the monitor to cover his eyes. Joseph tells Jotaro that he isn't looking at Jotaro's screen through the reflection in his eyes. Jotaro explains that he is just sweaty and he's taking his hat off to cool down. Jotaro decides to foretell his own pitch, shocking both Telence and Joseph. He proclaims that he will pitch a high and away fastball. Telence uses his Atum to read Jotaro's mind. He can only see the answer to yes or no questions. Telence asks if Jotaro is telling the truth, with which his soul replies "YES!YES!YES!". However Jotaro's pitch curves. Telence still manages to hit it, but gets an out at first base. This greatly concerns Telence, believing that the soul can never lie. Jotaro once again foretells a fastball, and his soul cries "YES!YES!YES!". Telence asks if Jotaro is cheating; his soul replies "I DO! I DO! I DO!". Jotaro pitches another curve, and Telence gets another out. Telence asks if Jotaro messed with the console; his reply is "NO!NO!NO!". Telence asks how Jotaro is cheating, but his Stand can only answer yes or no questions. Jotaro figures this out, and reminds Telence that "It's not cheating unless you get caught."
