DIO's World, Part 16 (DIO(ディオ)の世界 その⑯, DIO no Sekai Sono 16), originally Joseph's Last Words (ジョセフの遺言, Josefu no Yuigon) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred forty-ninth chapter of Stardust Crusaders and the two hundred sixty-second chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

DIO relishes in his newfound power, inadvertently regaining the more psychotic mentality he possessed in Phantom Blood.

To Jotaro's horror, the newly empowered DIO exclaims that the blood of Joseph Joestar has mended the wound on his neck and completed the fusion to Jonathan's body. This not only restores DIO's vampire powers in full but is further demonstrated during the ensuing exchange of strikes in which DIO manages to use time stop for 9 seconds consecutively and takes the opportunity to deliver massive damage to Jotaro.
