SO Chapter 21
Ermes' Sticker (1), originally A New Awakening in the WSJ release, is the six hundred fifteenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the twenty-first chapter of Stone Ocean.
Summary
In order to retrieve her father's Stand and Memory Discs, Jolyne decided not to escape. She was given an extra five years to her imprisonment for attempting an escape, as well as being sent to solitary confinement for several weeks.
While sleeping, Ermes Costello has her money stolen. When she wakes up, her anger is subsided by the realization that she's in the sickbay. She remembers picking up a strange amulet, which cut her hand. She then sold the amulet to Gwess. Afterwards she got a high fever and was sent to the sickbay. Ermes looks at her hand and sees a sticker attached to it. When she peels it off, more appear under it. She throws the sticker on the ground, and it lands on her shoe. A third shoe appears. When she looks at her hand she notices she has six fingers. She takes off the sticker on her finger, and her index fingers merge together, causing minor damage. The sticker lands on her bedpan, and when she takes it off they merge together and shatter. She begins to realize her ability, and that she can create these stickers. That night, Ermes ponders her ability. She then uses it to get back at the janitor who stole her money. She duplicates his mop, and merges them together, the janitor's head caught inbetween.
