Keicho Nijimura (虹村形兆, Nijimura Keichō), along with Bad Company, was confirmed for All-Star Battle R as the third playable DLC character on March 3, 2023,[1] and released on March 24, 2023.[2] Season Pass and Digital Deluxe Edition owners received early access to the character on March 21 PST.[4] Like the rest of the first four paid DLC characters, he is included in the game's first Season Pass, and therefore the Digital Deluxe and Ulitmate Editions of the game as well.[1]
In the English version of All-Star Battle R, the name of Keicho's Stand, Bad Company, is localized as "Worse Company", the same name used in Crunchyroll's subtitles and the English dub of the Diamond is Unbreakable anime, as well as VIZ Media's English translation of the manga.
Keicho has 900 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style. Unlike most other characters with the Stand Battle Style, Keicho uses his Stand Bad Company at all times, instead switching the formation of the Stand's units to dynamically change his moveset.
Keicho commands his Infantry to charge forward a moderate distance with bayonets extended, knocking the opponent down.

Keicho commands the soldier taking point to deploy a miniature landmine. If the opponent touches the landmine, it detonates to launch them high into the air. The mine also deals immense Guard damage, making it useful when trying to Guardbreak the opponent. The attack button inputted determines how far the point soldier moves before deploying the mine, in order of , inversely affecting Keicho's recovery speed. Expending a stock of Heart Heat, Keicho commands both his Helicopters and Tanks to automatically attack from a stationary position while he himself begins to freely act separate from them, signified by the units taking on a green aura. Helicopters will fire missiles and Tanks will fire artillery rounds, aimed toward the opponent and actively readjusting if they Dodge out of the way; They will do so three times before the attack concludes.
While this skill is executing, Keicho may act freely but cannot use other Helicopter/Tank skills nor summon his Infantry, leaving him with only his normal attacks and "Stop spacing out, you dumbass!". In addition, his normal attacks are temporarily changed to be heavy punches thrown by himself. However, if Keicho takes any damage during this period, the skill will be interrupted and instantly cancel.

Executing his multi-step strategy, Keicho declares that he'll blow the opponent's brains out as his Infantry soldiers take aim and fire a moderate distance forward. On cue, the Apache helicopters fly in and fire missiles that disarm the opponent's guard. When the smoke clears, Bad Company's full force, Infantry, Helicopters, and Tanks alike surround the helpless opponent on all sides. Keicho shouts the final order to fire, prompting all units to fire at once and resulting in a gargantuan, fiery explosion as he watches on.

In commemoration of the release of Keicho Nijimura as the 3rd paid DLC character for ASBR, the Japanese ASBR Twitter account hosted a giveaway of 20 sets of 3 ASBR Diamond is Unbreakable badges,[7] although only to be delivered to addresses in Japan.[8] The badges in question contained the ASBR render images of Okuyasu Nijimura, Keicho, and Josuke Higashikata respectively.

However, Twitter accounts set to private were ineligible for the giveaway. Unfollowing the ASBR Twitter account before the end of the giveaway also deemed users ineligible. Furthermore, attempting to join the giveaway with multiple accounts disqualified all of the associated accounts from the giveaway.[8]
The giveaway was directly implemented by Bandai Namco themselves, with no third-party involvement, and the winners of the giveaway were notified via Twitter DMs. Said winners were announced sometime towards the end of April 2023. The gifts were delivered in mid-May 2023.[8]
