The Visitor, Part 9 (面会人 その⑨, Menkainin Sono 9), originally Bonds (, Kizuna) in the WSJ release, is the nineteenth chapter of Stone Ocean and the six hundred thirteenth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Whitesnake gloats about its success in taking Jotaro's DISCs. Johngalli A. continues to shoot at Jotaro and Jolyne. As Jotaro stands motionless, Jolyne uses Stone Free to deflect the bullets, but Jotaro is hit multiple times. Jolyne breaks the window the two had planned to use to escape. Jolyne tells her father to get through the window while the sniper reloads, but Jotaro remains oblivious to what's happening around him. Jolyne sees Whitesnake escape behind a corner.

Jolyne approaches her father, who explains that there is another Stand, and tells her to take the amulet and escape to the beach. He then explains that there is a transmitter in the amulet that will allow her to access the UUV. Before telling her to leave, Jotaro says that he always cared for her. Jolyne realizes that Jotaro's Stand was stolen, and that's why he couldn't dodge the bullets.

Johngalli A. shoots at them again, but Jolyne uses strings to redirect the bullets. She then uses her string to tangle up Johngalli A.. He tries to shoot her, but Stone Free punches him in the face before pummeling him with a flurry of punches. Jotaro is reassured of his confidence in his daughter, and then collapses.
