Toyohiro Kanedaichi (鋼田一 豊大, Kanedaichi Toyohiro) est un antagoniste mineur de la quatrième partie de JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Diamond is Unbreakable, apparaissant dans l'arc narratif "Pylône tout confort".
Le nom "Toyohiro Kanedaichi" est en fait un faux nom ; sa véritable identité est inconnue. Kanedaichi est un ermite qui vit dans un pylône électrique, lié à son Stand Super Fly. Piégé dans sa tour, il veut s'échapper et veut donc piéger Josuke à sa place. Il se bat avec Josuke, Okuyasu et Mikitaka.
Apparence
Kanedaichi est un homme de taille et de carrure moyenne, mais étant tout de même musclé. Il porte un t-shirt sombre sous un gilet rattaché à un pantalon ample avec l'aide de deux sangles. Il a des genouillères en métal sur son pantalon, et des chaussures. Il a des cheveux courts en batailles et porte une sorte de casquette avec une petite visière et qui descend jusqu'au dessus des yeux. Sa tenue est décorée avec beaucoup de boutons dorés et de broches, dont deux broches en forme d'araignée et de papillon sur sa veste, et un ceinture et des bracelets décorés de broches en forme de feuilles.
En fait, on ne connait pas vraiment le visage de Kanedaichi, parce que sa face est en fait un masque en caoutchouc moulant. Sa face porte des marques en forme de branches sous les yeux. Dès qu'il révèle qu'il cache son vrai visage, étrangement, ses yeux acquièrent des sclérotiques noires, ses oreilles grossissent de façon peu naturelle, et son masque est mal ajusté au menton, rendant visible le fait qu'il a un masque. Lorsqu'il perd son chapeau et que sa tête est endommagé, Kanedaichi révèle qu'il n'a plus beaucoup de cheveux sous son chapeau et la bouche du masque est très élargie.
Kanedaichi a des marques en forme de sutures qui partent d'en dessous de ses yeux. Il a aussi des calus sur les paumes à force d'escalader la tour, ce qui lui permet de stocker de petits objets dedans.

Personnalité
Kanedaichi est un ermite vivant à Morioh, mais plutôt dans un pylône électrique qu'une maison. Lors de son combat, Kanedaichi donne l'impression d'être un individu confiant (au point d'être arrogant) en ses compétences, et aussi un peu sournois. En effet, il avait comploté avec Yoshihiro Kira pour essayer de piéger Josuke à l'intérieur de sa tour et tend à exhiber un sourire narquois. Cependant, Kanedaichi est au fond un individu plutôt bienveillant qui ne veut pas de mal aux gens. D'abord, son plan ne consistait qu'à emprisonner Josuke, et il a même conseillé à Josuke de simplement trouver un remplaçant. Il déclare bien qu'il ne voulait tuer personne durant son combat et essaie d'avertir Josuke quand il risque de tomber. Kanedaichi admet qu'il a débuté sa vie d'ermite car il avait peur de la civilisation et a avoué que Yoshihiro Kira l'a poussé à vouloir sortir de la tour. Il regrette ses actions et offre même à Josuke et ses amis un diner pour se faire pardonner, même s'ils refusent.
Kanedaichi était prêt à mourir pour essayer de s'échapper et à un moment à presque accepté son sort. Cependant, il change d'avis et sauve Josuke d'une chute fatale en lui disant comment exploiter le pouvoir de Super Fly à son avantage. Plus tard, on explique qu'il s'est résolu à vivre dans sa tour et interagit avec les touristes de façon amicale, permettant qu'on prenne des photos de lui et sa maison s'ils apportent du sel ou des friandises.
Le vrai nom et l'apparence de Kanedaichi sont inconnus. Il porte d'ailleur un masque pour cacher son identité. On dit qu'il est plutôt antisocial, et c'est pourquoi et a abandonné la société pour aller vivre en ermite dans une tour.

Le Stand de Kanedaichi est Super Fly, qui est lié au pylône électrique dans lequel Kanedaichi habite. Super Fly a transformé le pylône en sorte de prison qui doit emprisonner au moins une personne dedans (ce qui inclut son propriétaire) et qui renvoie les attaques qu'on lui inflige.

Après avoir vécu dans sa tour depuis des années et passé son temps à l'escalader, Kanedaichi a développé des callus sur ses paumes qui sont très solides et volumineux. De fait, il peut s'en servir comme marteau pour frapper des clous sur le métal, glisser sur des câbles avec, l'aider à calculer des angles et des distances, et cache même de petits outils dedans.
Kanedaichi est aussi un excellent acrobate qui sait naviguer l'échafaudage de son pylône avec une grande facilité, et éviter des attaques.

Three years before the events of Diamond is Unbreakable, Kanedaichi purchases a decommissioned transmission tower from the power company for 100,000 yen and converts it into a self-sufficient house.[1] Choosing to live in the tower out of his own introvertedness,[2] he eventually develops a self-inflicting Stand named Super Fly that only allows him to stay within its boundaries. Kanedaichi inevitably grows tired of his condition. He eventually meets Yoshihiro Kira offscreen, who offers him a good life outside the tower if he's able to trap a Stand User inside it.
Diamond is Unbreakable
Kanedaichi is introduced as a hermit living alone in an old, retired transmission tower that Josuke Higashikata, Okuyasu Nijimura, and Mikitaka Hazekura come across one day. To lure them closer, Kanedaichi plays the part of a solitary hermit proud of his lifestyle. Yoshihiro deliberately slips out of Kanedaichi's pocket and Kanedaichi tells Josuke to stay away precisely to lower his guard. When Josuke sees Yoshihiro, he steps inside the tower, allowing Kanedaichi to lean outside of its boundaries, while Josuke finds himself trapped. Kanedaichi prepares to slide down a cable to escape, but is interrupted by Josuke and Okuyasu who summon their respective Stands to pummel one of the legs, only to be attack back by Super Fly's ability. Okuyasu is wounded while Josuke is still trapped.
Satisfied, Kanedaichi begins to slide down the cable but Mikitaka reveals that he's merged with the cable. Cutting the cable, Mikitaka swings Kanedaichi back into the tower, allowing Josuke to escape. Kanedaichi reveals a pocket knife hidden in his palm and cuts at the cable, but Mikitaka reveals that the cut part was part of the real cable. Kanedaichi falls, but safely lands on one of the beams and reveals his real plan. Depiste having missed Mikitaka, the cable still reflect the attack back at the alien. Then, Kanedaichi deliberately hammers screws into the framework to shoot them towards Mikitaka, nailing him to the structure so that he becomes the new prisoner. Now free, Kanedaichi allows himself to reveal that he's operating under an alias and with a mask so the heroes will have no chance to find him.
Josuke decides to step back into the tower to defeat Kanedaichi. Although Josuke thinks he's cornered Kanedaichi in the scaffolding, the latter proves to be agile enough to keep away from Crazy Diamond while it is Josuke who has difficulties navigating the tower. Kanedaichi drool on Josuke as a distraction and scratches the beam above him to reflect the damage toward Josuke. Even though Crazy Diamond deflects the initial attacks, Kanedaichi set up his angles so that the attacks will bounce into the frame of Super Fly and hit Josuke from behind. Josuke manages to only deflect four of the attacks, but as Kanedaichi leans forward to better see Josuke's fall, the attacks Crazy Diamond touched are repaired, meaning the energy now travels backward back to its original point and with Kanedaichi now in the way. Kanedaichi is hit in the head.
Although Kanedaichi is taken out, his blood drips onto the spot where Josuke is holding himself. The hermit still intervenes and tells Josuke how to safely be shot back into the framework of the tower. Kanedaichi yields and reveals that it was never his intention to kill people, but that he wanted to escape. With people such as Josuke out there, Kanedaichi revises his goal and prefers to remain inside of the tower. He becomes a Morioh landmark, letting tourists take his picture with them for spices and tools. However, he then reveals that Yoshihiro has created a new Stand User that has taken care of Koichi Hirose.

After the final battle with Yoshikage Kira, he is seen talking to Mikitaka at the tower, asking him if the town really is as interesting as he makes it seem.

Kanedaichi continued to live in the iron tower. Becoming an attraction in Morioh, he maintains contact with the outside world talking with tourists, who often go to chat and bring him condiments and sweets. His name is still unknown, so people call him the "Iron Tower Man". Chiho Futaba doubted the story but then heard that there are more bizarre stories in Morioh, such as that of a girl who lived between two buildings.
