—Tagline

The Visitor, Part 5 (面会人 その⑤, Menkainin Sono 5), originally I'll Protect You! (私が守る!, Watashi ga Mamoru!) in the WSJ release, is the fifteenth chapter of Stone Ocean and the six hundred ninth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

In order to prevent Jotaro and Jolyne's escape, Johngalli A. targets Emporio, who is guiding the two. Outside the visiting room, Jolyne searches for Emporio in order to protect him, crawling through a hidden hole in the wall with Jotaro on her trail. She finds herself above a machinery room, and sees Emporio running from something.

Emporio enters a sewer pipe to avoid detection from Manhattan Transfer. However, by shooting through a ventilation shaft, Johngalli hits the screws on the pipe. The pipe falls apart, revealing Emporio. Johngalli A. aims for his heart, but Jolyne stops him by using Stone Free to create a net over Manhattan Transfer.

Johngalli shifts his target to Jolyne and aims for her head; the shot narrowly misses. It's revealed that when Jolyne entered the room, she destroyed a few gas pipes, which created a separate layer of air near the ceiling. This warped Johngalli's perception of the room, making him less accurate. Stone Free traps Manhattan Transfer and punches it, wounding the sniper.
