What kind of person am I, to not need a cell phone in the modern era? I must acknowledge that it would be very handy if I'm late. As long as the person waiting for me has a cell phone, I can inform them on the way from a public phone booth. On the other hand, when that person is late, they have no way to contact me. Which allows me, who cannot wait for more than fifteen minutes, to quickly and peacefully go home. I'm sure that'd bother the other person.
