Chapter 500
Baby Face (1) (ベイビィ・フェイス その①, Beibii Feisu Sono 1), originally The Conception! (受胎せよ！, Jutai Seyo!) in the WSJ release, is the five hundredth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the sixty-first chapter of Vento Aureo.
Summary
A mysterious man arrives near the express train to Firenze, which is still stopped. Seeing Prosciutto's body and the remains of Pesci, he contacts a partner on a phone and concludes that Bucciarati killed both and the squad has fled north, hiding in a car passing in the road near the train tracks. The man, named Melone, collects a sample of Bucciarati's blood.
Meanwhile, as the squad is nearing Rome hidden in a truck, the Sex Pistols steal the lunch of the truck driver. Mista has no choice but to knock him out, depriving the squad of their transportation.
Melone approaches one isolated train passenger, to whom he asks numerous precise questions about her health and her physiological characteristics, deeming the woman satisfying, Melone reveals his Stand Baby Face and uses her to spawn something which will track Bucciarati with his blood sample.
