Gold Experience Requiem, Part 1 (ゴールド・E(エクスペリエンス)・レクイエム その①, Gōrudo Ekusuperiensu Rekuiemu Sono 1), originally Did You Perish?! (あんたは滅びる!?, Anta wa Nobiru!?) in the WSJ release, is the one hundred forty-seventh chapter of Vento Aureo and the five hundred eighty-sixth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

Diavolo, unable to understand how King Crimson didn't finish Gold Experience off, attacks again but misses as something emerges from the shell Gold Experience was. The Arrow willingly goes back to it and sets itself on the forehead of Gold Experience Requiem. Gold Experience Requiem proceeds to attack Diavolo, sending a rock toward him.

The rock transforms into a scorpion and stings Diavolo's hand, forcing the mob boss to cut the flesh around the sting. Diavolo sees that the Stand merely received a power boost, and is still confident. He erases time, and confirming the supremacy of his power once again, positions himself to behead Gold Experience Requiem and Giorno.
