[[Pannacotta Fugo]] asks Giorno for a bottle of water. Suddenly Narancia has the chocolates in his mouth while Fugo has his bottle, without remembering how he got it. Giorno sees that something is happening and rushes to the church despite [[Abbacchio]]'s orders. He receives a call from [[Bruno]] and Giorno reveals that the brooch, which fell down the elevator shaft, attached itself to [[The Boss]]. Giorno also tells him that the Boss is hiding behind the column near Bruno, and the lieutnant confidently cuts the column apart with his zippers to attack the Boss.

He receives a call from Bucciarati and Giorno reveals that the brooch, which fell down the elevator shaft, attached itself to The Boss. Giorno also tells him that the Boss is hiding behind the column near Bucciarati, and the lieutenant confidently cuts the column apart with his zippers to attack the Boss.
However Bruno somehow sees himself behind the column, and his conscience switch to that double, seeing the Bruno who attacked from behind the column. The Boss' Stand [[King Crimson]] reveals itself behind a confused Bruno, explaining that Bruno just attacked his future self when King Crimson used his power of time erasure. King Crimson then punches through Bruno's chest.


However, Bucciarati somehow sees himself behind the column, swapping places with the double as it vanishes. [[King Crimson]] reveals itself to a disoriented Bucciarati and explains that what Bucciarati glimpsed was his future self. King Crimson holds the power to erase time itself, forcing it to skip ahead for everyone else. The Boss punctuates his lecture by punching straight through Bucciarati's heart, declaring that he will eliminate anyone who threatens his eternal sovereignty.

The Mystery of King Crimson, Part 2 (キング・クリムゾンの謎 その②, Kingu Kurimuzon no Nazo Sono 2), originally The Boss!! (ボス!!, Bosu!!) in the WSJ release, is the 80th chapter of Vento Aureo and the 519th chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga.

Summary

A little while before Bucciarati's confronting of The Boss, Giorno anxiously waits in the boat for an update on the progress of his operation. As Mista and Narancia argue over the remaining chocolates the latter had been hiding, Fugo asks Giorno for a bottle of water. Suddenly, Narancia has the chocolates in his mouth while Fugo has his bottle, without remembering how he got it.
